Pros (+) The staff was amazing. They all knew our names from the moment we checked in and made us feel very welcome and at home. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for food which was always spectacular and reasonably priced. The Palm Court bar is an Art Deco fantasy. Our BEST stay in Rome, and we have been many times. We will only stay at the Hassler in the future!
