Not much. Just your average hotel. Strange smell in the hall and room. Too expensive for location. My stay in Arlington was cheaper.
New and clean. Comfortable bedding. Friendly staff. Price seemed high for the location.
The staff was excellent excellent and excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. this was our 4th time I believe and things were great. no Issues

it's a new hotel so everything was nice and clean. The location was close to an adult entertainment place. Not good when kid read the sign while drive by.

It was very clean and new. Close yo our destination. Nope
Ideal location for Myerstown, PA. Breakfast was average and ended early compared to many. Room was a little tight, but furniture was updated and clean.
clean, quiet friendly staff

Close to downtown Condition of room for the price paid.
Quick attention to faulty door latch. Friendliness of staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet is a great touch. The hotel was "old painted over" . Otherwise we had a nice stay.
Terrible! Do not stay here! Rooms were dirty and smelled awful. So disappointed to spend any money on this experience!
The front desk staff was helpful and the location suited my needs well. Hotel desperately needs renovation and the cleaning staff leaders should be counseled and trained on customer service.
The cleanliness.. The staff were very professional.. Quiet .. The pool didn't open until 10am .. And check out was at 11am no time to get in pool ..
The shuttle that took us from our hotel to Hershey Park.
The shuttle drivers were especially friendly and prompt. The front desk staff was helpful, especially is providing a list of local restaurants. The wifi didn't work in our room, despite assistance from the front desk staff.
Everything was good.Relaxed atmosphere and staff very helpful and pleasant. No local taxi firm as such, but staff did everything to get us one.Not really the hotel's fault but we were let down by one that we had booked night before we were due to checkout. In fairness hotel staff sorted problem for us.
Front desk staff wasn't very pleasant .
Fantastic location and thankful for the shuttle to and from HP. Love that the hotel hallways smell like chocolate! Gym equipment is outdated and the breakfast is cleaned up for exactly 10. Not a minute less.
Very Close to the park with free shuttle. Free breakfast was not too bad Pool was very small. Also our room had cracks and water damage to the walls and ceilings
has a great location, clean, well run and cared for, would stay again could use updating but location, cleanliness and value make up for that
Proximity to Hersheypark and area attractions; indoor pool (for the children); the staff was helpfu; and friendly; shuttle to the park.
Allowance of pets was a real plus. Front desd staff were very helpful. Room did not get made up on second day.
It is conveniently located near all of the Hershey attractions. The room had a refrigerator to store the chocolate. Too much noise from other guests in the halls and slamming doors. Lots of kids running around and partying adults.
Pool open late. Covered free parking. Clean. Chocolate smell in the morning was awesome !! Breakfast was great, but extremely crowded and crazy. Layout could make things run a little better, as well as moving tables a little further away.
Close to Hershey Park - free shittle there, too.
spacious rooms, close to Hershey park wifi did not work, pool had cloudy water, towels were old and did not look clean, shower curtain was dirty, the place needs a face-lift very old.
I liked the kitchenette. A decent sized refrigerator, even a dishwasher! No problems with the room, except TV remote which desk clerk replaced instantly without any hassles. Room came with extra pillows and linens, so I didn't have to ask for them. Breakfast was OK. Suite contained all that was needed, clean and quiet. This was "off season" for Hershey, so it wasn't crowded. If during tourist season it's as quiet, I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment. Small stuff: flat screen didn't rotate completely between sofa and bed was my only real "issue" and that so minor as not to be important.
I loved the full kitchen, indoor pool, mini golf, and the room itself. Nothing
Pool slide was great for the kids. It was something different. Mini golf was ok too. Price. It costs $180 for the night. Breakfast was included but it wasn't great.
Room so dirty. Sheets were not cleaned after previous guest. Blood stains on pillow and sheet and random loose buttons in other pillow. Bathroom had stinky floor with mold growing in shower. The room door was broke at the door jam making it very difficult to open at times.
Location was good. Staff was courteous and pleasant.. Room was sub-standard for the price. Bed was "thrown together" every day. Bed sheets were thread bare and did not fit well. Bunched up and was terrible to sleep on. Air conditioner blew directly on us while in bed. Bed should be on opposite wall. Very uncomfortable and LOUD!
The front desk staff were helpful and courteous The large number of animals in the hotel. The fact that we had a room that had been inhabited by animals to which I am very allergic. And the fact that every dog (and there were many) that we saw was obviously over the 25 pound advertised weight limit. One woman had three dogs that probably combined topped 200 pounds.
The suites are enormous. The staff is very friendly. They have free hot tea, coffee & hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. To quote my girlfriend, "This bed is heaven." There wasn't really much I didn't like except the TV was incredibly far away from the bed, but you can pretty much chalk that up to the size of the room.
The room was very spacious and clean the free breakfast and newspaper was a nice perk.
The staff was very welcoming, helped me and my family with everything we needed and answered all questions quickly. Can't say I didn't like anything all good reviews and thoughts here.
The breakfast was good, out girls enjoyed the selection. Or stay was expensive. We came with 2 little girls the night before a day at Hershey. I thought the staff would have been much friendlier. We paid $400 for the room, they could have at least given the girls a Hershey kiss or a map for the park. Our room had 1 small bottle of conditioner and 1 small bottle of shampoo...there were 4 of us in the room. My daughter went down in the morning to get more and was scolded by the woman at the desk for being without an adult. Our stay was okay, and I feel 400 dollars is too much to pay for just okay! I expected more being that it was a Marriott hotel.
Clean room. It is up to date with decor. Was able to get a room on the first floor (my wife is handicapped). Good for my purpose - a weekend trip. No internet service and no pool. If we were staying any length of time a pool would be great. Not for families unless other activities are planned. No hangers in closet to hang clothes!
The room was very comfortable and the price was great. The chlorine was too strong in the pool.
Very clean and well decorated interior. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast, while not extraordinary, was satisfactory. It's right next to the interstate, so the noise from the freight traffic may be an issue if you're placed in one of the rooms facing south, although the management has made sure to use sound-dampening windows.
I would not stay here again...hair in the bathroom, never got enough towels, breakfest choices were very limited with crazy long lines. hair on bathroom floor/shower, wall was dirty, fridge did not work properly
easy access to highway spacious and clean room very comfortable bed helpful and friendly front desk staff good free breakfast jetted tub height of shower head was VERY low deodorizer in hallways not very pleasant rooms need a little freshening up - scuff marks and peeling wall paper
enjoyed the quiet home setting of the room, refrigerator and microwave a plus. The breakfast buffet was better than most.
Hershey World, Hershey Park and Indian Echo Caverns
The noise from the nearby interstate highway
Water temperature of pool was too low. There was no bath tube in the room. It was terrible.
location The staff was not prepared and did not have enough food for the large amount of people for breakfast.
It was conveintently located, only 7 Miles from Hershey Park and the outlets. It was right off the highway 81, easy to find.
Nothing Incredibly dirty, furniture was deplorable, basic common areas were gross and in need of alot of attention. Room had a foul odor.
Proximity to highway. Good coffee. Casino nearby. Long wait to check in. Room needed a few repairs. Construction/pool odor in lobby.
Great service, great whirlpool tub, great time!! We loved our room so much we didn't want to leave!! Breakfast was fantastic!! The bed was SO comfy. I can't say enough about this place!! My husband and I were on a weekend get away from the kids...and while there were kids at this hotel, we didn't know it until we left our room!
The beds and bathroom were clean but the room was small. We also had to ask for a refrigerator to be wheeled into our room. The breakfast was alright, good quantity, not great quality. It was not quiet, there were some girls' high school soccer games going on and there were several teams at the hotel. We have stayed at hotels which were the same price or actually cheaper which were much better than this hotel.
As usual, this hotel was awesome. Comfy beds, great breakfast, two computers for guest use (the kids loved being able to check their email, facebook, etc.) and everything was very clean and new. Would definately stay here again.
3 nights. First AM, no water from 7 to 9 AM. Day 2, water, but it sputtered, spit and hissed, causing early departure from shower. There were about a dozen ducks on the rear patio next to the rear parking lot. The little beggars were cute until it was obvious that they left deposits on the outdoor patio adjoining the pool and in the outdoor breakfast dining area. Kind of a disappointment for an otherwise very new and clean facility with polite staff.
We were in for a wedding. Staff very helpful, particularily the manager. \nThanks for everything.
I really like the Hampton Inn brand. I find that they always deliver a lot at reasonable prices. With regard to this hotel, I would give it seven stars for service if possible. We stayed there with a large family group and have to say that we hit them up with a lot of requests, questions, and some complaints. They did a phenominal job in addressing all questions and issues to beyond 100% satisfaction. With regard to location, centrally located to a lot of attractions but there is not a lot of choices for restaurants in the immediate area. The breakfeast was very good and all the kids in our group enjoyed swimming in the pool. Would defintely stay here again and plan to.
We found this gem while searching for a place to stay for our Hershey vacation. It's the perfect place. Not so close to Hershey that you'll pay inflated 'tourist' rates but not so far away that driving is a hassle. It's about 15 miles away from Hershey attractions which is an easy 20-25 minute drive through beautiful wide open farmland and hardly any traffic. We were very happy with the hotel itself. Very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was hot and delicious every morning with plenty to choose from (including make your own waffles, fresh oatmeal, eggs, sausage, etc.). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for extra pillows, towels and an extra duvet for our sofabed guest. Housekeeping was very quick to accomodate us. The only (very small) flaw in our tay here was at check-in. We arrived 15 minutes after check-in but had to wait another half hour before our room was ready. This tiny inconvenience aside, we were very pleased with our stay here and would definitely come back again.
Clean, comfortable, staff very helpful. Would stay again if in the area.
Extremely clean hotel/room and very friendly staff. Great location and inexpensive cost for location near all Penn. Dutch Country attractions!
Excellent location, quality accommodations, good price. Would stay here again, and recommitted it to others. No nearby restaurants. A minor caveat as it was easy enough to fine some suitable dining options. Just ask at the front desk for a list.
The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast was good with a nice selection although the bananas they offered were fairly over ripe. They offered free water per room. The one negative I gave was apon leaving the hotel I asked for three waters, one for myself and two for my kids for the car. The person behind the counter said he can only give me one. True, that was the policy. I just felt he could have given me the two extra little bottles of water. It's not a big deal but it just seemed like it was being petty.
The staff was so polite and provided great customer service.
The rooms were very clean, my kids liked the indoor pool, and free breakfast, and it was close to the park. planning on staying there again.
Breakfast included; nice staff; decent-sized rooms Hallway noise
The hotel was clean and new. The staff was great, very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast had a wide selection to choose from and everything was fresh. The location in regards to Hershey Park was perfect, just minutes away. Nothing
Very close to Hershey Park. Only 10 minutes from a bunch of restaurants. The pool was so heavily chlorinated that you could not stay in the pool area without your eyes stinging and even smelling it from the lobby. I understand the need for chlorine however it was too potent. Maybe more ventilation or opening a door or two....
I thought that this hotel was unbelievably crowded. The breakfast was not the greatest and the rooms were ok. I expected a bit more for the price.
Nice rooms. Very nice facilities. Excellent breakfast choices. Nothing.
The staff was friendly. Beds a little harder than other springhills The breakfast was awful for this star level and price.
Lobby under construction. Location perfect. Micro/kitchen so appreciated!!
Overpriced & overcrowded. The suites are on the small side. I will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone. If it weren't for Hershey Park, these people would be out of business.
Overall.. Elevator, i think its only one...
accommodating, clean beds & bathroom
Great location and Clean! More than I expected it! I read lots of reviews before I arrived. I was wondering the train noise. Fortunately our room is the farest building and we didn't hear anything. If we do hear, we will think that will be great experience because that's the train with cocoa and suger to the Hershey factory! The indoor and outdoor pool was nice. Lots of people play there late night. My daughter and nephew enjoyed very much. It is just minutes from Hershey Park, Cholocate world and museum! and walking to outlet! I can't wait to go back again!
The thought & details put into every beautiful room of this B&B were perfect! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious!
This beautiful Inn, 5 minutes from the heart of Hershey and all it has to offer, was such a wonderful experience. The innkeeper, Will, anticipates ones every need. The other folks staying there are now new friends, and look forward to seeing them again Nothing. And I must tell you the breakfast each morning was heavenly!!!!!
