7.1 Good
Pros: The property has one of the best locations in An Líonán, looking down along the fjord, and just a stones-throw from the 'centre' of the community. There is ample parking in the property. The grounds of the property are lovely too, with a path down to the head of the fjord. The room is kept clean with comfortable beds and a decent enough shower with plenty of hot water. We slept quite well. There is a lovely seating area where you can watch the sun set over the fjord. This was a nice spot to relax. Check-in was fairly easy.
Cons: The guy at reception could be a bit more friendly. He's also a bit abrupt and not particularly friendly. It doesn't cost much to smile a once in a while. There was no advice offered. He basically just said 'Here's your keys'. We probably would have got breakfast if he had informed us of it, but we were afraid to ask him if they done a vegan breakfast. Some advice on check-in would be nice to ask about the best pubs, the fjord cruisers, etc. The room is a bit small and the shower could do with better power.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Good location. Food was passable however I would prefer breakfast served to the table. Buffet style breakfast meant the food was lukewarm and the fried eggs over cooked.
Cons: Absolutely freezing. Hosts not at all welcoming.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location had an amazing view, bedroom was comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and room
Cons: Buffet food instead of cooked to order breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location and excellent views from the room. Lovely breakfast, with good selection of items to suit all needs and tastes! Good location and easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: No hot water on one of the three mornings I was there but this wasn't a problem on the other days.
5.4 Okay
Cons: There was a funny smell in the room...a strong smell of spray covering up a smell of dampness.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast . Full Irish, cereal, breads and fruit etc. 100 m to 2 pubs and restauarants Beautiful scenery. Very comfy beds (in the separate house) and rooms lovely.

Cons: Only 1 hour in sauna area
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is amazing. Staff were friendly. Water in the spa is great. Food was very good despite being overpriced.
Cons: Noise in the room (loft suite) was unbearable. Was woken up several times during the night with people going up and down the stairs and footsteps in the corridor. Could clearly hear their conversations. Half moon window over bed was filthy with cobwebs on the window sill. Stairs in the room are very loud due to old dried out wood. Room was cold. There hasn't been money spent on this place since it opened in 2008 which is a pity. Artwork in rooms is very dated and blank wall where the removed TV is bizarre. The double bed was so annoying also, as it had a big division down the centre. Bathrobes for the spa should be provided in the room. Food in restaurant was overpriced for what we received, however, you don't have any other options around. Was overcharged in the restaurant and when I realised and asked for a copy of the receipt, they corrected it without acknowledging their mistake.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful views, surroundings. Food amazing. Very friendly atmosphere. We will look forward to visiting again!
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great! Staff were all so helpful and location was just wow!
Cons: I booked a twin room and we were provided with a family room with a large king bed and a childs bed where the quality between the two was quite apparent. When this was raised we were told we had been given a bigger room than most - which was quite irrelevant when we didn;'t get the room that was booked
