Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location. However, several reviews mentioned discomfort with the beds, issues with cleanliness, and problems with noise levels. Some guests also noted the lack of air conditioning and ventilation, which made rooms uncomfortably warm. Overall, while service and location were highlights, improvements are needed in comfort and cleanliness.AI-Generated from customer reviews
