Pros (+) I like the full size refrigerator and the ability to cook something on the 2 electric burners. But the fact there isn't anything to cook on is a big issue, then when I asked the hotel staff for a skillet and other things to cook with was told to return the next day 30 minutes b4 check out in order so they can go to storage to get me such items. Cons (-) Have kitchen stuff at front desk, have different remote available or send someone to fix it or perhaps move to another room altogether. And possibly offer some sort of food in the morning. Maybe give me another night as complimentary to make up for the problems I encountered. Oh the room keys stopped working on numerous occasions too. Saw that others had same problems with their keys as well. Ugh
