Pros: I confirmed a rental through priceline to pick up a car on a Thursday and return Sat. at 5 pm. As we were completing the paperwork, we were told it would cost [more than!] twice as much because the office closed at noon Sat. and was closed on Sunday. We had no choice but to rent a car for TWO days that we didn't need even though all our paperwork and confirmation agreement was different. We are requesting a refund, which is causing us all sorts of problems. Hertz says it's price line's fault.
