7.5 Good
Pros: Staff very friendly. Orange juice at breakfast was good. The hotel meets expectations, no surprises regarding cleanliness or noise.
Cons: Corridors are a bit dark, hotel is fine, feels a bit expensive, but potentially lots of business travellers who aren't so price sensitive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Cons: Would have loved a view next time?
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean. New. Secure
9.5 Excellent
Pros: So great that the room had a kettle, not often the case in Paris
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good, clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Air con not working
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast simple but very good, staff super friendly and supportive, the bed was very comfortable and the room suprinsingly quite
Cons: No wardrobe.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: In my final bill they miscounted the number of breakfast. I was asked to pay without giving me the bill details.
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: the room was extremely small, hardly a place to put your bags, the clothes cupboard was tiny too, there was a very small window with limited light which made the room very claustrophobic. there was also a mention of parking on the hotel site but the hotel has no parking. I thought this was a bit misleading. I have stayed in Mercure hotels before and this is an unusual case. the breakfast was expensive (17 euro) which a very limited choice. In conclusion, not a place I will go back to.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: New hotel, clean, nice staff.
Cons: No good value for money for the days I stayed... The room was very expensive. Actually more expensive than more luxurious hotels with more facilitites (like a restaurant) that I normally stay in when in Paris. But I must say it was a complicated week to find an hotel to start with in Paris (a lot was booked), so hopefully it only had to do with that and rooms will be cheaper in regular weeks.
Overview Reviews
The Mercure Paris Levallois Perret hotel is located on the edge of Neuilly-sur-Seine between the Espace Champerret and the Porte Maillot conference center. Offering direct access to the heart of Paris, this welcoming hotel offers contemporary and comfortable rooms. Relax on the outdoor patio. This Mercure hotel is an ideal location for your business or leisure stays.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: An excellent location within easy walking distance of the very efficient Metro system. Levallois itself is tranquil and affordable places to eat, informal or more formal, are again within a short walking distance. The hotel is clean and functional, without unneccessary facilities that most guests do not need. Check in and out was swift, with very helpful staff to arrange baggage storage, onward travel etc. Super buffet breakfast for those who enjoy a health continental offering.
Cons: For the rate we paid, nothing could realistically have been better. Perhaps some travellers might find the rooms a little small, but for a short stay my wife and I found this to be perfectly adequate. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean shower/toilet facility that was not cramped.
5.8 Okay
Cons: The smell of the staircase and the room
9.3 Excellent

5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff were the best! They all were extremely friendly and helpful. There's complimentary nespresso in the lobby. Although the location is away from downtown Paris, it is easy to get around by metro.
Cons: This is a very small hotel. The room we had (2-twin beds) was so tight it was like we were in the same bed. There's no space for 2 people to just sit or dine in the room. The location is outside of the center of Paris which we knew and this was fine. However, there aren't many dining options near the hotel especially after a certain time.
6.8 Good
Cons: Room 2. The bathroom was very bad exposed

Cons: The toilet cabin was so narrow you couldn’t even breathe inside
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location Quiet Staff
Cons: Location, close to subway and very quiet
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I grew up on that street, so I'm biased, but I like the location. Also theming the hotel after Vian is a nice touch.
Cons: There's a steampunk, Vian-inspired Piano that's free to use, but it's in dire need of tuning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very friendly staff. Reception open 24 hours. Free umbrellas, tea, coffee, map route. My room had balcony from the room and also from bathroom, very pleasantly unexpected.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was very near to the metro station. Going back and forth in Paris was convenient.
Cons: The rooms were very small for a family of four. So we had to book 2 rooms. The stall showers are very narrow for a convenient bath. The toilets are very compact and difficult to sit on given very small room to move around it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was EXCEPTIONAL! They were so helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond for a first time solo traveler who doesn’t speak the language. I would stay again on my next trip to Paris!
4.5 Okay
Pros: near a metro station. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room was very small, not enough storage space and no hocks to hang cloths. Also not so clean, especially under the bed. Shower could have longer and wider curtain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Coffee available 24/7, non stop receptionist, place, clean room, everyone so nice

4.3 Okay
Pros: Only the location
Cons: The room, bed, bathroom, elevator are tiny. The breakfast had limited options. Its better to go to the Macdonalds around the corner. The room was hot, with one window and no AC.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Wish there was a little bit more to the breakfast.
7.5 Good
Pros: The 7th-floor room was beautifully remodeled and although small, it appeared comfortable enough with balconies both front and back.

Cons: Room is little
7.5 Good
Pros: Cleaness and semplicity.
Cons: no climatisation and it was really hot!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staffs were really helpful and friendly! The check-in and check-out were very fast and reliable! There was also a free, reliable luggage storage which was very helpful and they have a pretty good WiFi. I also like the breakfast space, it was very comfortable. The room was a bit small but very clean and tidy! They also gave you a complimentary towel and shower amenities :)
Cons: As for the room, it was a bit small but it was comfortable for me. However, it would be great if there is an AC as it was very hot during the summer. The view from the room was not as expected and the window was a bit tough to close. It felt like there was not much privacy from the room if I left the curtains open as the window was very close to the shower place and the other buildings were close to the hotel facing my room's window.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and location.
Cons: No AC and refrigerator in rooms.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Rather good position, near the metro station and in a good / safe neighbour

Pros: The wi-fi connection was very well. The place is quiet and room is clean.
Cons: The reception staff is not helpful, loation is not that close to metro.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The location is not bad. If you looking for budget hotel, its a kind of, they cleaned our room every day. We would never stay again here.
Cons: We booked a double bed room, as we are a couple. But we got a 2 single bed room, where beds were seemed too old, in the middle were a deep buckling. After notice we booked double bed, we got another room, wich was a lit better. But there is no duvet, during night felt cold. We didnt booked breakfast, and wanted use just 1 knife. But the receptionist said we are not allowed to enter to the kitchen, as we didnt asked for breakfast. We didnt liked this gesture, but when i asked for adaptor, i was get it. Wich was not fit to the plug in our room. from the ventillation sometimes came bad smell
5.7 Okay
Pros: Excellent value for money. The room was clean, although some furniture looked old. Wifi worked without any problems. Only 5-8 minutes from the subway.
Cons: No place for bigger luggage.
5.3 Okay
Pros: We booked this hotel because of its price. For Paris, it was very cheap and looked quite comfortable. There is a nice "patisserie" near the hotel, so it´s quite good to go there for some brad or even breakfest. The bathroom was quite clean eventhough it was small. And also the room service worked very well.
Cons: The rom was quite small, it takes 20 minutes to reach the city center (5minutes walk to subway + 15 minutes ride). There was no cupboard in the room, so we had to leave all our clothes in our suitcases. We tok one breakfest witch was quite poor. I recomand to buy something in one of surrounding "patisserie".
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: It has free Wi-Fi and nearby Metro Station.
Cons: The room is too small. The bed sheet and pillows cover are so dirty even changed. The washing room is so small.

5.2 Okay
Pros: It is clean and clean budget hotel. Above all the hotel presents the free Internet service. Hotel lcoation is not so far from center from the city center.
Cons: You should walk almost more than 7 minutes from the subway station. There is also no-elevator, if you have heavy trunks, you should exercise (it is a 6 story-building). Furthermore the room and bath room are too small.
6.0 Good
Pros: room was very clean
Cons: distance from downtown

Cons: One staff member in particular, very disappointing stay and won’t stay here ever again. And as one person I was put in a tiny room at the back, single bed and very little room to manoeuvre.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Charlie was very helpful and welcoming.

Pros: Clean, nice personal
Cons: I paid too much for 4 days
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Their location. It was the beginning of the summer and prices for hotels around this time are very expensive, however this hotel location is terrific. There’s a train/metro station located 50 meters from the hotel entrance and the metro ride is only 5 minutes or better yet, two metro stations from St. Lazare, main train/metro station in downtown Paris. Their staff was awesome very helpful, specially the receptionist/clerk named Charlie, he was above and beyond helping us from day one.
Cons: Everything was awesome!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice place and cheap.
Cons: Wash room and looking of doors and staff maintenance is poor.
ibis Paris Levallois-Perret - Levallois-Perret - Building

The ibis Levallois Perret hotel has 53 completely renovated rooms, equipped with the new Sweet Bed by ibis bedding, air-conditioning and free WIFI. The hotel also has a bar with a terrace and a 24-hour snack service. Paying public car park close to the hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good value for money. Nice location and breakfast.
Cons: Room were not so modern as on photo. No jacks near the bed.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast, well located hotel
Cons: We were double charged for the town taxes and they included another hotel tax even if on booking at reservation says clearly they are all included in the price. We paid once the price reservation that was stated on booking with all taxes included at check in and at check out another city tax, hotel tax and the 1 day breakfast (10.5eur/pers) where you also have another tax that is not mentioned anywhere. When we said that this was not communicated neither at reservation nor at the arrival, the receptionist said that the booking.com information is wrong and they did not charged the city tax and we need to pay it now. This is creating bad image for both booking.com because you cannot rely on the information presented here and the hotel that is trying to double charge the customers or they aren't transparent with their policy. I can backup my statements with both reservation confirmation and detailed charges we asked to be provided from the hotel. It's a shame this is happening because the hotel itself is quite nice.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and kind personnel. It was very clean. We had a critical situation with a Blabla car driver and the gentleman at the reception helped us with translation from english to french :)
Cons: Nothing, everything was great!
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The room was small and the hotel was not informed that we had a child .
7.0 Good
Pros: good location, small hotel, easy accessible, breakfast was good, quiet room towards courtyard, friendly staff, great water pressure in the shower
Cons: very small room, aircon did not work well. TV only French language. value for money is wrong.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was confortable. Room was clean. Overall very satisfied.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and hotel facilities was good.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location good
Cons: We booked a large room with terrace but received a small room without terrace.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Welcome at the reception was great. Personal during my stay was really ok!
Cons: Room was not conditioned. Unluckly I was there on the warmest day in the last century, but it was really too hot. I had to slept with the window open.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: We had really small room. Receptionist at check-in didn't speak English well, he didn't explain us any details about payment (because firstly hotel book whole amount of money for payment and then you have to pay the same again. It can be a surprise for people who have a limited budget for travel).

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Small hotel every space used.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: - Place. Metro - 50m. Three distinct supermarkets - about 3 min to walk. Hypermarket - 10 min. to walk. - Breakfast (10 euro) - Personnel
Cons: Noise from outer conditioner blocks behind the window.
6.8 Good
Pros: It's about a minute walk from the Louise Michel metro station so it's easy to go places from there (or about a 30 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe). The room was clean and the beds were comfortable (with AC).
Cons: The room was quite small (we got a triple room but it was basically a double with a roll out bed. We know this because we got to use the double room when the bathroom in our room was unusable). The staff is hit-and-miss ... some are cheerful and friendly while others are grumpy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very helping and kind.. They helped us with all metro maps.. Which station to take.. Location is perfect as it is just next to a metro station Louise Michel..
Cons: Single rooms were very small in size.. But it was ok for one person..
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Staff are tough and not easy to help.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The best thing is the location in Levallois, which is a great little town that has lots of life - shops, cafes, restaurants etc. And I could walk to Palais de Congres where I was attending a conference in under 20 mins. I lived in Paris for 3 years and hotels in the centre can be extortionate and bad value for money but this hotel served my needs and was perfect. if you need to go and visit the landmarks, the metro is literally around the corner.
Cons: nothing. I had very low expectations because of previous bad reviews so I was very relieved that the room was in very good shape. A bit small but that is expected for a Parisian hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location.. it was just next to metro and close to Effiel tower. The area around the hotel was also lovely
Cons: Room size and view from room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was literally at 1min walk from a metro station and 15-30min by metro to every monument we wanted to visit throughout the city. There was a bakery for wonderful breakfast very near, a few restaurants and also 2 supermarkets. All you may want for a visit with touristic purpose.
Cons: We booked 2 room and the one that looked along the street was a little noisy if you want to sleep with open window, it was ok when closed, and there was an air conditioning. The room looking to the inside garden was quiet, though, a litlle smaller.

Pros: The place is connected a cafe/bar and placed just above it. Together with the very friendly staff this makes the place very cozy and characteristic. The room has all that you would expect it to have.

Pros: My room was reasonably sized 550m from metro line
Cons: Very overpriced for a 2*; priced more than 3/4* poor internet, couldn't connect to my computer bathroom smelt of sewerage no air conditioning or fan (was warm during my visit) or iron room was not cleaned everyday Supposedly family hotel, but uninterested in solving issues e.g. that could have bought a cheap fan or borrowed their iron - the family lives upstairs

Pros: It is an affordable place in Paris. The receptionists were very nice, willing to help you (they printed the boarding pass, and they called taxi when I needed). Most speak english, except one of them who only spoke french, and this was a bit difficult. Location is good, many cafes, restaurants, supermakets, and metro very close.
Cons: At night when sleeping with the window barely open, mosquitoes came in to and sting you all night (this is a bit weird since nowhere else in our visit to Paris were mosquitoes, because it was quite cold weather). There was only 1 socket to charge phone, in the room for 3 people. Other plug-in was in bathroom, but with steam of shower, not very recomendale. The room is as it appears in the photos, but everything is quite old and neglected (hole in the sheets, old carpet). Even though they cleaned every day, all is quite old. Bathroom is very small, but nicely renovated. The walls are thin. Closet is just a hole to leave the luggage, but there were some hangers. The elevator is so small that only a person and his luggage can go inside.
4.5 Okay
Cons: The bed was like sleeping on a table, incredibly hard and we weren't given a pillow, instead a long towel like thing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: very nice and friendly staff
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel for its money. Quiet place. Metro station nearby. Before this I lived for a week in hotel tree times more expensive, but I didn't feel such a great difference.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location is good. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Booked a single bed room. The bath room is small and was hitting walls when showering. The wifi in the room was very slow.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: smile at reception
Cons: hot water was changed to cold water during shower
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located is a quiet place and the metro is accessible. The breakfast do meet the minimum. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. The lady responsible fir the kitchen was very courteous and very helpful. The Mauritian at the front desk displayed great manners and was very friendly.
Cons: No comment
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Breakfast no good price for quality.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Shower tray and window seals around shower had mould .. just need a quick spray and scrub ..other than that all good .. Room could do with another rubbish bin and sone hooks to hang up towels .

5.5 Okay
Pros: Staff was helpful. Very close to a metro stop. Quiet neighborhood and an awesome market very close.
Cons: Very basic. Bathtub was broken, no water pressure, breakfast costs extra, no sheets on bed or blanket. Blanket was stored on a shelf and no top sheet. Just a mattress cover.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good value for the price. Friendly staff
Cons: I would not recommend paying extra to get breakfast, on the property. To my mind it was a little too pricey for what we got
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: I like the area
Cons: Rooms are very small for 2 persons.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean room and location convenient to metro for sightseeing in Paris
Cons: Shower was so small
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, staff is ok, it's about 20 mins far from city central or old town city. Wifi was fast. Grocery store & asian food, pizza store and metro or bus is convenient and less than 5 minutes walk. Paris is beautiful than I expected.
Cons: Everything is great. However, bathroom for our room was very small to take shower. Other than that it's good. Beware of pick pocket or strangers all over Paris from the Airport to any areas within Paris City. You can be victim anytime.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location was okeh. Room was amazing. Clean and Very Nice. Staff were nice in treating with me.
Cons: Value for money was really overpriced.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was a small room for two with bathroom, all the basic things that I wanted and what was advertised. The employees don't speak a great level of English but are very helpful and friendly
Cons: Despite being Clean, The room had a sewage smell coming from the sink that they could not fix while we were there
7.0 Good
Pros: Room quality in general. Descent price. Air conditioning.
Cons: Breakfast was horrible for the money. Room windows too old, lot of noise from street and neighbors.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very value for money and is close to a metro, though it is in zone 2.
Cons: I did not like the neighbours but that has nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel could provide a hand towel in addition to the bath towel that was already provided.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Poor choice. Too little cups and basics, people queuing even very early. Not great.
Cons: Tiny room, no wardrobe. Tiny bathroom, no bath. Banged legs on toilet getting out of shower.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly receptionist
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Close to metro, very clean and the personal ammability!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so friendly and pointed us in the direction of a great restaurant around the corner. The breakfast was very nice and the hotel is located close to a metro that services all the main attractions. They also held our luggage for the day while we explored the city before catching a train that evening.
Cons: The room was clean but tiny for two adults and a child. The lift is the smallest I’ve ever seen but at least they had one and it proved a real novelty factor for my 5 year old!!
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: This property should not be listed on booking.com. Very poorly maintained. Lift broke down twice during our stay leaving us with 3 travel bags to bring down from the 5th floor in very tight stairs. First night, the cleaning lady did not clean anything and left my room open with all our valuables inside the room. When I complained, I didn't get a real answer as to why our room was left open. Staff tried sort of, but they are not trained and the building is very old. It;s time for a complete renovation.
Cons: Like almost everything. Think carefully before you book this hotel. I discovered more affordable hotels around the area that were much better kept.
6.8 Good
Pros: the breakfast was pretty cool
Cons: the rooms should have an Air-conditioner, if not fan.
7.0 Good
Pros: Size of the room and comfortable bed. Everything seemed to work. Excellent staff and customer service.
Cons: Bathroom was very cramped - particularly toilet which was jammed up against the sink and almost the against the bath also. Some furnishings were too old - rusty fittings in bathroom.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Only that the price was not excessive. Nothing more.
Cons: First time I only receive one mid-size towel for shower but not hand towel even asking for it for four times. Last day the towel was not in place so I could not take my morning shower. It is obvious they have a contract with tourists from a concrete country and they despise other travellers. Hot. No airconditioning. Really constrained tighten room.
7.5 Good
Pros: - price - clean
Cons: - hot water was very weak - need to repaint the walls of the room
6.3 Good
Pros: Location is between two metro stations (both on different lines) so we have options which line to go for. Staff very helpful especially with free map of the area. Breakfast inclusive in the price but a bit too basic for my likely.
Cons: The rooms are so small, budget size to say at least. Our is 3 single bed when I asked for 1 double and 1 single. No A/C so it was so hot especially through the night. In a small downtown area so area feels a bit run down so didnt feel quite safe walking from metro to hotel (few mins walk) and hotel is smaller than I thought. Very hot accommodation with no A/C all over the building.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: nothing staff rude and not amilcaclbe
Cons: room too small, they change the sheet every 2 days
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was in a great place to go out in night and eat and wasn't that far from Eiffel Tower in the train which was very near the hotel.

Pros: Nothing I like at the Hotel, they change bedsheets&Towels after 5days even when is 40degree C. The Manager doesn't respect the Client. No WiFi The bathroom the water are not moving.... Is a terrible Hotel. No coffee at all no Break first Immagine since I arrived I slept in same bedsheets and using one towel.
Cons: The Manager (a lady at the reception from 09.00-17.00)doesn't know what is the customer care at all.....
5.0 Okay
Pros: We ask for early chicken but the lady on the reception just rudely said the time is only mentioned on the online come that time only. For children they mentioned its welcome but ask more money during the chekin.
Cons: Later next day staff was help full and during checkout they help us for the direction and all.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice location and nice neighborhood.
Cons: I couldn't understand the staff.. Not everyone spoke English. I had to communicate through google translate. There was dust, some bugs when we arrived.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
7.5 Good
Pros: location
Cons: reception I was on the ground floor and there was no security for the window, the shutters being a bit shabby.
5.5 Okay
Pros: -
Cons: When we checked in , we were asked to pay extra for the city tax even if on our reservation on booking, the city tax was already included. The lady from the reception was very rude overall, plus, she was speaking with another lady only in french so it was very hard to communicate with her . You have to reach the up floors using the stairs only. The staff should be more polite with the customers and they should only charge the amount that apears on the reservation.we were there for 3 days o ly but I wouldn’t recomend it for a longer stay.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was comfortable, the location was good close to the metro station. There is one market just in the corner.
Cons: The blankets were dusty and we got a wait for the pillowcases.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The receptionist wich worked every night, very good and polite man. Local area good with good restoring and pubs
Cons: The woman menager or master of the Hotel. She was rude and unpolite! We booked triple room and we were with our two kids. Two days after our arriving, the hotel become empty and she came to our room and asked from me to make new booking of new two double rooms for 4 of us. I told her that we want to stay with the kids toogether in our triple room and asked her what she want? She reqkuet 50 euro from me and I didn't get any fiscale for that. I have never so rude experience like this in my booking carrier all this years. Room was dirty, beds old and with smell. Kitchenette with plastic spoons and no glasses. Refrigeator and one microwave wich we didn't use it. The hotel need really good renovation.
7.0 Good
Cons: Reception was good but, cleaner stole our things from room, so it's very bad. And don't wanna talk with us. So for me bad situation and I never see nothing like this....

Pros: I really loved the people working there, very supportive! Besides I was able to get to the hotel any time, the concierge were there 24 h. The room service – everything was clean
Cons: I wish the shower cabine and a mattress be a new one :)
5.5 Okay
Cons: The presence of insects like cockroaches in the bathroom and in the room bothered me. There is no small fridge in the room as it is written on the internet
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff
Cons: Toilet flush poor
5.5 Okay
Cons: The beds were full of insects, i had to go to the reception at 4 am because i couldn't sleep, and they told me that they wont change my room until the next day, so i ask for a refund and inmediately they gave a new one,
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location convenient, about 15 minutes taxi to Eiffel Tower
Cons: The showers could have been a lot cleaner, a little Clorox might have helped, broken tiles, missing head board, plus there were bugs, not sure if they were roaches or beetles, it’s not worth staying there more than one night if you are a bit desperate for a place to lay your head.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
6.8 Good
Pros: During check-in personnel was super nice and welcoming. There are many shops in neighbourhood. We could easily find a parking spot in neighbourhood.
Cons: We did a very early checkout in the morning and during checkout the night personnel was acting weird. I gave him room cards for checkout and he was suspicious like we were doing something wrong. Then he yelled at us cause we tried to use the “wrong” exit door to go out.( The door we used to enter and exit during the day) I had to remind him it’s early morning, he needs to calm down and he can’t yell at clients!!!
6.8 Good
Pros: Really easy and relaxed and very close to metro
Cons: Tv didn’t work and cleanliness wasn’t great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent, they advised everything what I asked, for exampke how to get to the sightseeings, which one to choose for certain day time, which phone application could help me for moving by metro, etc. When I asked for the needle and a thread they gave it immediately and asked which colour I needed. 24 hours assistance; friendly, polite and respective attitude, good location, separate bathroom, fresh air, indoor small garden and much more was more then I expected.

Pros: Location
Cons: No towels, no staff, no reception, no communication with the hosts
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This property is a gem. It's a mini apartment, very authentic, not overly luxurious but it made my stay very serene and happy.
Cons: No issues..
4.3 Okay
Pros: Available at a price when other facilities were full or much too expensive
Cons: This would be OK for a really low price however for over €100 euros it offers nothing. I arrived at 8:30pm by which time you get in via making a phone call, I was given an apartment as no rooms however even with a kitchen, and lounge (all very old furniture etc) there was no wardrobe so no where to hang up my shirts! Never use for business and only use if there is no where else you can afford !
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: never recomanded, need my money back otherwise will take legal action.
Cons: wifi, room heaters, facility, service
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out process was super easy. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Very close to the metro station. Wifi, iron, kettle etc. available
Cons: No ways to reach them before 2pm. Not flexible at all (had to check-in earlier at 2.30pm instead of 3pm). Prices are very high for what you get. The building needs some maintenance (toilet seat is moving back and forth when you flush, metal bars getting out of the wall just in the bathroom, the wall around the door frame is crumbling, the floor is missing some parts in the corridor.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location and security
Cons: The old building
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location, quiet street, with supermarkets, restaurants close by. Within walking distance to Louise Michel metro station. Room has microwave oven, fridge, tableware , stove with pots and pans. WiFi connection is quite good comparing to other hotels in Paris.
Cons: No room service. This is more like a furnished apartment than hotel. Staff can only be contacted via phone.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Not good at all, specially never recommend for family stay.
Cons: Accommodation it self not maintained. Very small washroom- actually washrooms build in the kitchen and it’s not designed for. Complete Appartment was not good for living- it’s look like one house modified in many small portion of Appartment, that’s why accommodation in very bad architectural style.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Very bad conditions, I do not recommend
Cons: dirty, walls and floor with holes - we could wait in mice, old stuff and bad smell bad. We do not recommend! Booking should check conditions before to publish if respects the tourists.
