Pros (+) We loved staying at Hyatt Place for our weekend away! The rooms were great. Room service was tasty and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again
Cons (-) Was advertised a single queen bed on the website and when I got to the hotel they only had two queen rooms. We gracile with a small child that sleeps in a pack and play so the room was a bit more crowded than we hoped it would be.
Pros (+) We enjoyed the hotel in general. There was a simple breakfast every morning (the kind people have come to expect with greasy food and few healthy options). The fitness area was small but clean. Rooms were also clean.
Cons (-) The pool was completely out of towels one morning. Three separate people went the the front desk and informed them. No success after 30 min... Had to use the small hand towels from the fitness room. One day we left our room at 7:00 AM and returned after 2PM to find that it was exactly the way we left it. Apparently they didn't feel it should be cleaned or provided with fresh towels.
