Rooms where pretty dirty when we got there… I would say overall a 6/10… staff was pretty friendly and helpful
Drawer handle was broken. I had to kill a centipede on the bathroom. The clock didn't work.
Pros. Microwave and fridge were nice. Fridge was frozen though with a big block of ice in the back. Checking in staff was nice, but demeanor was indifferent when passing through the lobby.
Cons. 250$ credit card hold, for a 10’x10’ room, noisy toilet, outdated bathroom, and no elevator. Strange smell to the room, like the carpet wasn’t cleaned, or a really old mattress.
Pros. For $60/night we paid I can't complain too much. Very friendly staff and the free breakfast was nice for a cheap hotel.
Cons. Found an old fingernail on the floor near the head of our bed. The exterior door's card reader worked about half of the time and overall the place could use some TLC.
Pros. Good location and very nice staff.
Cons. I felt like it could use a upgrade in the rooms as far as applicances and paint color. It also had a weird smell in the halls as well as the room.
Pros. Great breakfast
Cons. Lights over bed didn't work and no side table lights.
Pros. We stayed here on the way down south and made sure to stay here again back up north. You can't beat the morning, afternoon and night front desk staff. Sincere, friendly and helpful. Eager to answer all questions. Greeted with a warm smile morning, afternoon and night. Highly recommend this hotel. It is clean, organized, friendly, generous breakfast and reasonably priced. I think this hotel is under-rated and deserves a higher rating.
Cons. Housekeeper did not speak English I guess because I asked for a plastic bag and another person had to tell her in Spanish what I wanted.
Pros. We loved the 4 hour breakfast time frame instead of 3 hour at other hotels. Loved if you forgot something the front desk is on it. Check out time gives you time to sleep in after a long drive. People from the front desk to the breakfast people are so polite. We are from Michigan so we are not used to the royal treatment we received here and plan to use your hotels from now on. Loved the coffee, tea and hot cocolate available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Really for the price we can't wait to continue our vacation from Michigan to down south with your hotel chain
Cons. We loved everything and would give you a 10 out of 10 score while you only charge a three star rate. Thank you so mich
