Cleanliness welcome modern and nice rooms
Room I stayed in had been renovated with modern facilities but still retained older feel. Food at restaurant was of a high standard.
All the nice atmosphere, New, clean and modern rooms, Delicious breakfast
Excellent loicartion, friendly staff, nice walks in immediate neighbourhood, brand new, ... The room was indeed not very warm
Convenient location, with parking places. Very friendly staff. Bed springs squeaky. Would have liked an armchair to sit in
a new, very clean en very nicely decorated hotel! Very friendly staff no
It's nicely located in a small friendly village, beautiful countryside. I liked the cosy bedroom and breakfast was very good. I especially like it that the price of the room includes breakfast, it's more motivating to book a room when it includes rather than when it excludes services/breakfast, etc... I would suggest having dinner somewhere in the adjacent villages, although very friendly service the quality of the food didn't respond to the price. And there are plenty of other places in the region that do offer that.
the restaurant was excellent,
The place seems very new/clean. Breakfast had a good variety. Owners were nice. Passed by the location three times, and was almost next to it when I finally got out and asked someone where it was. It's just off the "main" avenue through town (so no need to stray far), but the sign doesn't jump out at you.
Nice and friendly staf (but only if you speak french). Nice design, cosy feeling. Well worth a visit. Parle vous Francais? The breakfeast is not up to the rest of the hotel - is rather simplistic.
The hotel owner and the food were both superb
good restaurant, friendly staff No
Nice looking old style charm. Large dining areas and cosy bar. Gastonomic dinner was excellent. Hotel felt cold in areas. No shower curtain in slippery bath. Had to open toilet resevoir to fix it.Mimimal lighting in room. Minimal Staff (2). Was way too expensive @ 127 Euros even with a balcony with wooden floor that was green with algae, so also slippery. Matress also needed re-newing. There are much better hotels for around 80 Euros, especially the PIP Magraff in St. Vith. ( Best this Year.! )
the food is really first class, and the welcome excellent n/a
Quiet location & helpful staff
Very friendly & helpful staff, good service, excellent restaurant food, good value for money. The hotel was extremely interesting as it dated back to the 16th century with some original and outstanding features.
Lovely old building. Very Cosy. Open Fire. Lots of interesting Bric a Brac to see . Staff very friendly. Last room available
building of charme in a quite environment, beautiful common spaces and nice terrace Small room, though ok for one night stay.Bathroom as you enter the room
Pleasant welcome, Good room, Very good evening meal even if a little expensive.
The room was really nice and cozy, as well as the atmosphere of the old house is really nice Nothing was not nice, the staff was very friendly, even though we got up late for breakfast, they still offered it to us and were super friendly
Close to amenities, views, parking, friendliness
I appreciated the restaurant of the hotel and the dinner had The room equipped with the shower was too little and the double bed as well not so confortable room as advertised on internet. Better to ask for a room with bathtube, should be larger. Additionally the location of the hotel is jst in front of the bell of the church. Due to the bell we were forced to wake up at 7 am sharp!
Peace, quiet and relaxation in pleasant surroundings.
The location is wonderful, right in the middle of the Luxembourg region of Belgium, in the quiet countryside. The room was perfect: clean and tidy, with a large bathroom. I cannot stress enough how quiet it gets in the evenings though: if you are a city dweller and need to hear some noise in order to fall asleep, this might not be the right location for you. The price/quality ratio is also amazing: 55 Euro for my room seemed like a bargain. The breakfast! By god, I am in Belgium, a region known for having good bread, and all I got was some ersatz of white bread. I had a long day ahead of me, so I gulped it down, but I think even reheated baguette would have been better than that. Also, the hotel was empty when I got there, which gave me a bit of a scare (although there was a cell phone number written on the door in case of absence).
