The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me excellent information on what sites to see in the region, and gave me a good map of the hiking trails of Mt. Olympus. The hotel's web site gives the impression that this is a large luxury hotel with full amenities. This is not the case. I would classify this as a cozy, well-run, boutique hotel. Great location if you interested in taking in Mt. Olympus and its environs. I'm glad we selected this hotel over the other sea-side hotels it was compared to. Small tv screen. Internet is free, but you need to go the lobby to get uniterrupted access. is not always accesible from room.
friendly staff valet parking only, the quality of the breakfast could have been better, room bit cold (heat was not on at all times)
view ,quiet place. cleaning, hair in the breakfast.
hospitality luxury was not meeting expectations - I chose it because of his inside swimming pool after a day of cultural tripping with the children, but the water of the swimming pool was cold so impossible to swim even for children - this severley disappointed us! if you have a swimming pool available, it need to be usable at any times (and not only as a refresher in summer time)
Even we stayed out of the regular season, the hotel staff did everything to make us feel welcome and was very obliging. We had a room with breathtaking view from the Mount Olympus over the village to the Sea. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was a little bit small.
nice staff, basic hotel, nice location to resturantc beds were a little stiff but understand that this seems to be the norm in all of Greece, not just this hotel.
The staff were excellent. Very friendly, welcoming and accomodating.
The room was totally unique with a wood burning fireplace, balcony and canopy bed. But really it was the staff (specifically Kristina) that were so nice and accommodating for our honeymoon. We couldn't recommend this hotel more.
