Hand crafted New Hampshire wine is made right at Loon Mountain in Seven Birches’ full-production commercial winery, producing a dozen wines from classic European grape varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, and locally-sourced fruits like blueberry and apples. Onsite dining is also available at La Vista Italian Cuisine, which can accommodate up to 120 guests, and features a wood fired oven for producing unique Italian and American cuisine.
