Clean. Very nice. Exactly like other Courtyards in which I've stayed, which is what I expected.
I liked that there was a resturant in the hotel
The hotel room smelled like mold the toilet didn't work there was a wedding party that was super loud.
The courtyard area was very nice.
No hot tub was a bit of a let down. The K-Cup machine in the room had no K-Cups. The WiFi had two versions, a pay version if you wanted to stream any videos or use things like VPNs to work, and a free version that frequently cut out.
The breakfast choices were poor. There was no whirlpool in the swimming area.
Internet in the room is not free. $12.5/day is ridiculous

The staff was extremely helpful. We used the shuttle to church, mall, and restraunts and it was always on time. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

stafff all front desk personnell seemed distracted and unfriendly maybe hotel was short staffed . However customer service is the most important part of the service they provide and it was terrible.

Poor service. Very impersonal. Had to wait to check-in because the clerk was on the phone. One day the room was not done at all. We found out late at night when we returned. The only remediation was to send us clean towels. Really not to the Marriott stds
the hotel price is really valuable to compare with the competitors. the staff and service are excellent and thy are getting there best to get the very satisfied customer service. About room quality very clean and there housekeeper always they have your room always clean and ready to use. this hotel is really 100% recommended to all travelers.
Pros: 1. Nice citrus flavored water in the lobby. Cons: 1. Tap water tastes stale. 2. Booked online with the lower military discount rate but was hassled at the front desk because I couldnt produce a military I.D. right then and there (my son had not yet arrived from the military base). My son arrived a bit later with his I.D. Upon checkout the rate for my final night had gone up substantially. I went ahead and paid but the assistant general manager promised to talk to the other clerk, sort things out and call me at my next stop which was the Residence Inn by Marriott in Pensacola. That call never came. Aside from Bob who was friendly and helpful, I found staff to be impatient and cranky. I got the feeling they were not enjoying their job. 3. Towels and linen were threadbare. My fingers poked through one of the washcloths. Shower was not cleaned in the four days I was there. Water puddled in the soap dishes and made a sticky, yucky mess. 4. It was difficult to get a good nights sleep due to doors slamming throughout the night. 5. Hotel doors throughout the property are set up to require a room entry card for access but several would not close on their own, giving anyone access even without a card. So much for hotel security. My suggestion to staff is to look at how the folks at the Residence Inn Downtown Pensacola (another Marriott) run their show. They know what real hospitality is all about possibly the best hotel experience I have ever had.
