Staff courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional.
Cleanliness, yes. All staff members encountered were courteous. To top it off, after departing , a housekeeper, found a tote we forgot and called the desk clerk, Octavious, to retrieve who in turn called me. Nothing missing, including our cash.
