Perfect location, breakfast included, good price, friendly staff that are available 24/7 what gave me chance to check-in at 2 am, pretty clean bathrooms - they are doing their best to keep it clean, especially in the morning.

Good location, cool bar outside
The fact that the room was male and mostly muslim-occupied whereas others seemed more caucasian left me the impression that guests were segregated into rooms according to ethnicity. This might have been a coincidence but I found it a little awkward nevertheless.

Location was good, close to the city centre and old town! The staff left us leave our bags after checking out at 10 am as we had to explore the city and Sintra! Very nice.
The room was completely different to what was shown online - bad value for money. The balcony was the only nice thing about the room. The room was badly painted, lacked any space to walk around. It was literally a bed and two stools for the fan, and apples which were in bad condition and that was it!

Good location.
Very noisy outside hotel because of pub. Keep windows closed. Old hard sheet in bed. Like sleeping on sandpaper. Breakfast = bread in plastic, eatible nothing more.
