The rooms were nice. The facilities are great. Food in the location is wonderful as well. Man, this place was CROWDED. I wish there was a way to filter searches on websites to show places with private/public beach access. My wife and I like to vacation and go someplace quiet. We enjoyed our stay, but you just can't find a place where you can get away from people here.
We had poor service. Had to ask several days about more towels and the shower was clogged and no one ever came to fix - poor service.
Very friday staff. Ocean front. Affordable. 3 indoor heated pools for the kids.really enjoyed location. Great place and will go back. Going this time of year less crowded also. The food in hotel restaurants is great Construction going on outside. Caution tape and debris everywhere outside. I guess this is expected if you go to a summer based resort pre spring though.

The bed was comfortable and the frig,microwave and sink area was needed. The carpet was stained and damaged.
The location in North Myrtle was perfect because it was more quite and less crowded. The resort had an amazing assortment of pools, hot tubs, and kiddie pools that offered plenty of space to relax. The rooms where clean, comfortable, and cute. Highly recommend staying here! Great for people on a budget looking for a great beach vacation! Really great deal for the price, no complaints.

The staff was very accomodating and very friendly. We booked this property because it was located close to our son, but we will definately stay again because of the friendly service we recieved.
Price was good for a room for 8 people The floors were just gross. My 1yr old son had to wear shoes 100% of the time because when we got to the room and took his shoes off within 15 min his feet were BLACK with dirt from the carpet!
We like to go to the beach during the off season.(we hate the crowds and traffic in season and everyone is out to gouge us for every dime we have). This was a great time in a very nice hotel. No crowds and good value for the dollar.
Great accmodations, lots of indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river a plus, weather was great. Food prices were reasonable.
it was close to Main Street (2nd Ave), several things to do within walking distance. the carpet smelled bad like mildew. It took the service desk several hours to send someone up to fix our toilet. It was very crowded.

The view from our Oceanfront room was amazing! Front Desk was very helpful and anything we need delivered to our room was there in minutes. They asked us to view a condo for a time share and told us that it would take no more than two hours but turned out to be over three hours. Sales Manager was very pushy and made us feel like it was a scam. Pools were great....except the jacuzzi.... needed cleaning.

Front desk staff was rude
hotel was not crowded Not enough elevators. Guests do not like to spend their vacation time waiting on elevators. I would like a credit for every minute of waiting on the elevators. Even the hotel staff had to use the same elevators as the guests and had to wait along with the guest. Every time we have this experience it makes us just want to stay home and not spend our hard earned dollars waiting on the elevator.

The room and view were very nice. The room and resort had all the amenities you could need. Look forward to staying again. Nothing bad to say at all.

We were down in Myrtle Beach to buy a house this was my Second stay the first stay was excellent so I booked there again. The second stay I went with my wife And had a little more time to spend at the hotel and at the tiki bar pool area where we met Chirsten we had a great time talking with her she was friendly and stayed late one nite because a couple had just gotten married and we were all having fun thanks Chirsten. The place is very clean and the people at the front desk were very nice and always helpful. Will stay here again Mark&Peg
The Ocean View from our room was awesome. I felt like the room we were put in was perfect for my wife and I. The staff was awesome except for check out refer to comments below for details in the what didn't I like box. During the night while asleep the headboard from our bed came off the wall and fell on my Wife and I, we were not hurt however when checking out we alerted the staff member whom was present at the counter and the staff member wasn't concerned with our concern nor did he offer any concerns if we had any injuries or not even that we didn't have any injuries the point is I feel that since We didn't spend a lot of money My Wife and I were not important.
The staff was welcoming and the accomodations were great especially with the fall rates. There were plenty of local restaurants and activities to make this a great weekend getaway!

Beachfront. We were in a room off the lobby. We could hear conversations all through the night from the lobby. Also, the front desk had a bell for those coming in to ring and we heard that all night. Worst night of sleep I ever had in a hotel. No breakfast included. Understand it was a beachfront hotel but felt it was very over-priced. Spent the night before in a hotel in Brunswick that was half the price and included a hot breakfast.
I was very displeased with the room that was booked via kayak. The front desk was helpful in putting us in a more appropriate room, but for a few. The hotel is a dive.
The four bedroom condo was amazing, great price, beautiful view, did not want to come home!! Some of the dishes weren't up to par with cleanliness, so bring paper plates etc or re wash the dishes before using them!
We booked a3 bedroom condo and arrived to find it in immaculate condition. The place is 1900 sq ft!!! Each bedroom had it's own full bath and exterior entry door. The full kitchen was modern and well appointed. The views from the private balcony were postcard-worthy and the best thing of all was....Kayak's rate was less than a 4-star hotel room!!!!! My stay was far too short.
The place we stayed was a 2 bedroom condo. I was not expecting that. I had put in for a hotel room for 4 adults and 2 queen beds. The whole stay was wonderful. We were not provided with extra toilet paper in the bath room. I finally had to go out and buy some. Not good for 4 women sharing a place!
room had someone else's belongings in it. When i went to office they stated that they had nothing else to give me to stay in. JUST lock the door. I then insisted that i have a different room due to fact that room key could be easily copied and that there was already someone else's stuff in the room. I was fearful that someone else might be able to access my room while i was asleep. NOT the best.
Nothing When I booked the room, no where did it tell me where to go to check in or a phone number for the property or that an extra $100 deposit would be held for 10 business days. Had to wait for an hour in the cold rain for someone to tell me where to go to get a key to the room. Instructions to take out trash to large trash can outside....but no trash can outside. Horrible customer service at the property. Will never book again!
The rooms are very spacious and decorated in a modern decor. My room was clean and had a moderate amount of cooking utensils. The resort in general was also clean and updated. My room had an ok view of the ocean. Staff at unprofessional.Were talking amongst themselves and singing to music. The beds were too hard. The outdoor areas were under construction and hot-tubs closed. Not enough adequate parking under the building we stayed in, had to cross road.

The rooms were awesome with a wonderful view of the facilities and the ocean. I really liked the security of the facility. All staff we were in contact with during our stay were very polite and helpful. Ice machines were very limited and out of ice 99% of the time during our stay. We had to rely on freezer ice. Parking was an issue at times...but I realize it was a holiday weekend.
Pool not open! Filthy!!!Mold in refridgerator and bathrooms. Basically no cleaning service!!! Rooms smelled and were not clean. Not enough towels or toiletries!! Need I go on?
For the money we spend, it was a good stay, definitely reccommend, and would stay again. Manager was very kind and helful.
Our group booked three rooms. When we arrived, we were told we needed to pay. We had to provide proof that we had paid. Then they were able to magicaly find the bookings. 205-Old food in refrigerator. Trash left in trash can. 208-Broken shower rod, Broken towel rack. Mold in refrigerator. 2 recepticals did not work. And the worse... When we pulled down the sheets.. there was trash in the bed. 209-NO towels provided. Pool was green with a film on top. Overall hotel appearace was terrible. We complained. Left for out for the day. Came back in around 9:00pm. Rooms were not touched. We complained to managment and were told because we booked online, this is the service we get and to deal with it. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Its unfortunate there is not a rating below terrible.
shower was dirty shower curtain had mildew on it - not that clean at all Swimming pool was slimy could not even enjoy that!
This hotel is way overpriced. The first room we had the shower curtain was coming out of the wall, room was filthy, so the manager gave us a new room, and that one was filthier than the first one. Roaches all over the place, dirty toilet, dirty linens, foul odor in the room, capet was filthy. I will never recommend this this hotel to anyone. They need to clean this eyesore up completly.
overall conditions were poor. Pool filthy and not useable,odor in room,mold,lack of toiletries, and linens. little to none in room cleaning. Too many requests for items that should have been provided.
The room was fillthy. The bed was terrible. People parited on the balcony all night outside my room and I got no sleep, and was scared to death to even go to sleep.
My stay was very nice. The Staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay at Days Inn on our next visit.
I shocked to see A Days Inn in such a deplorable slum. We went down with another couple and their room smelled like a litter box. Our room should have been condemned by the Fire Deptl. Lamp had only the 2 wires inserted into receptable. Room was mold ridden. Outside had garbage layed out. Wrote to corporate in N.J. Should repel the right to use ''Days Inn'' logo.
The rooms were very nice and large. They were clean and upto date. The pool was small but the lazy river was nice.
We were pleasantly surprised with our room. It was clean, comfortable, had great views, nicely decorated, right on the beach. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. We had a great time and would definitely return to the Wyndham. The mattresses were badly in need of replacement.
We arrived at the hotel and we were told that we didnt have reservation. We ended up getting a different room than what we booked for. We were told somehow didnt get notified from booking.com that we booked a room.
The location is great. I have stayed here for 2 days a month for the last 3 months. The staff manager never looked me in the eye or acknowledged me. The staff was not professional or courteous. I was charged for a three day stay when I only stayed for 2 after I had made sure to check out at 09:05 the clerk number is 541120, she said she had checked me out but really she hand only ran a guest folio... I will not be staying there again.
The suites were nice. The air condition unit was too loud.
The cleaning service did not make the beds.

The hotel was very nice on the outside, and was very relax atmosphere the whole stay. The resort's pool was nice, as well the hot tub which I like the most. It had a wonderful veiw, and was kelt very clean round the resort. I would stay at this resort again, but would ask for a better room. The room had a mussy smell to it, as well the master bedroom bath tub got water all over the floor, as well messing up the wall. The couch and chairs were out dated and need to be replace. Also, the walls needed to be repainted look bad. As well, not enough supplies in the kitchen for us, such as a blender. The only reason why the rate was not to good was due to the maintence of the room. There needed to be a discount.
I liked the suite itself. It was roomy, nicely appointed and had a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Secondarily the service was friendly, capable, and aimed to please. While my room was generally clean, the carpet needed a serious cleaning.
Large rooms, kitchen and living space. It's nice that there are TVs and bathrooms for each bedroom. Directly on the beach, nice view. Pool and lazy river are pretty small, but they also have two hot tubs.
I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room as well as the modern decor.
The rooms were very spacious and each had its own balcony! Concierge trying to get me to do a timeshare tour for free stuff upon check in.
The weather was beautiful. The beach was beautiful. We booked for an oceanfront room… There really wasn't one available. We were pretty disappointed in the front desk staff. They sure could use some customer service skills. We have been to this resort several times… We won't be returning :( (We can understand July in Myrtle Beach because it's very busy there. But it being October --the staff should have time to be as customer friendly as possible.)

The hotel is very conveniently located Outlets didn't work, shower wasn't very clean, comforter was dirty, room smelt bad.
I liked pretty much everything, our maid Latonya was excellent. Frig didn't work, but this trip we didn't need it. Only one trash can in room.
Cleanliness was excellent. The staff members were very friendly and considerate. The elevators were very slow. The waffle maker in the lobby destroyed on waffle after another. The biscuits were hard.
Your hotel was great the staff was wonderful. Only, problem that I see to be a problem, Was that the staff did not come to change sheets or bring clean towels the next day. no, everything else was Wonderful.....
1) To much noise from the A/C unit 2) I was at the hotel 2 days and my room was never clean up. Some stuff claimed that there was a sign of not disturbed on the door, but, that was not true as there was no disturb signs available at the room it all. I asked the front desk to change towls and clean room and the response was that they didn't had the staff that could help me with this at the time of the request (3PM)
Most of the staff was really great and helpful. There was complimentary breakfast every morning from 6am-10am. I also enjoyed how quiet the hotel was. It was very clean as well, and they did not mind giving extra rags and towels Pool was not in order, the kids were really looking forward to swimming in the pool during the stay. Breakfast selection could be a bit bigger
i liked the size of the room, comfortable. the extra room makes it feel like you could stay for a long visit and not feel cramped
