9.2 Excellent (409 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Lone Tree Golf Club And Hotel in Lone Tree, you'll be in the entertainment district, within a 10-minute drive of Denver Tech Center and Park Meadows Mall. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I love that a good breakfast is included with the price of the room. Generally, in the US, you either get a mediocre breakfast for free or there's a restaurant you have to pay for breakfast at. Lone Tree provides a nice breakfast complimentary. The room was also very spacious and the bed very comfortable.
Cons: My only issue is with the water pressure, it is a little less than optimal out of the shower head and also the sink in the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was thick and comfortable. The linens were clean and smelled good. The room was pleasing to the eye and comfortable. The carpeting was new and the sofa comfortable.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very outdated.
Cons: Very outdated. Food service very under staffed.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean & quiet. Staff were all amazing & efficient
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a bit outdated, but was very clean and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to help with any questions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room, staff, location!!
Cons: Showers could use updating!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet neighborhood, good price compared to hotels in area. Good breakfast included.
Cons: View from room was the dumpster and parking lot. Hotel is a little outdated.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: better water pressure in shower.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Allergies to dogs. Saw a man with a pit bull in the hallway. I have stayed at Lone Tree on several occasions and never seen a dog before. I did not have a reaction but if I would have, could have ruined my trip.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The amenities. The front desk staff.
Cons: The resort fee in which services weren't used besides internet. No option to opt out of fees. The credits needed to be charged to the hotel. The free drink ward only for the Inverness ale.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: There was a lot to do for families! The location was great cause we went to top golf. Clean and really pretty property! Not to far from the mall.
Cons: Well I booked through booking.com and on there end they said breakfast was included and so was the resort fee and taxes for a total of $208.61. I paid for the fees twice because I got charged 247.97 for the stay with the fees and stuff. Then they said breakfast wasn’t included and I said on my booking it said it was. I had the email so I showed her and she Rectified that so that was nice! But still ended up paying $50 more and had some charge of $12 for something I didn’t do.
7.5 Good
Cons: To be charged a $ 22.00 a day for resort fee when we were not there for that and that we did not used it. This will make us to look for a regular hotel next time in Denver.

Cons: The bathroom was not cleaned very well.
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is very clean.
Cons: This is a nice hotel with a golf course. It is definitely a conference center, not a resort. The beds are not very comfortable, and we had to ask for feather pillows. Not a vacation spot.

Pros: Free Executive Breakfast for People on the 5th floor. Not much variety but good enough
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the pools, the quietness surrounding the property. The landscape. Restaurants and ease of getting around.

7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel was very presentable, clean and lovely rooms. Access to computers and a bar were great.
Cons: The staff for breakfast was not in attendance so couldn't get a hot breakfast. This was very annoying as we had planned to relax and eat here and there were no nearby shops to get breakfast. Several people including ourselves wanted breakfast and were annoyed that chef not there. As the location is remote we had a bit of difficulty getting a Uber to attend a wedding function.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Staff responded courteously to all requests.
Cons: No continental breakfast. That should have been included at the price that was paid for room. Drain cover at pool was loose and child tripped on it and was injured. Reported to staff, but did not notice that it had been corrected when we went to pool next day.

Pros: okay
Cons: I did not like that Bookit and the hotel were not communicating. I had made the reservations with bookit about a month before we stayed at the hotel and when we got to the hotel they had no indication of our reservations. I had a confirmation number from bookit, but nothing for the hotel. The bookit confirmation number meant nothing to the hotel. fortunately, they had rooms and we were able to stay. I just glad they were not full.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: I like very friendly and helpful stuff, spacious room for breakfast, well organized suite with kitchenette, spacious bathroom, crispy white sheets and comforter, fresh smell without odor of pet cleaners, sound proof walls and amazing view from 4th floor, very quiet neighborhood.
Cons: I didn't like a quality of breakfast food, poor assortment of some healthy eats like a mixed berries, fresh fruits (not overripe bananas and far from fresh oranges), omelet was dense and heavy, coffee was watered down. With breakfast like that I wouldn't stay longer then two days. Pool too small, unfortunately, that could be a problem to stay at summer time.

Pros: The staff were wonderful and the bed was so comfortable. Best nights sleep ever.
Cons: I wish they had a free continental breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We didn't eat breakfast there. We found 12.99 per person to be kind of expensive, so we ate out. They did give us coupons to dine, but we didn't use them, so I am unable to give you feedback on this. The Hotel on the whole was very comfortable and accommodating. Thank you for being such a great hotel.
Cons: Continental Breakfast for the price of the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool was the perfect temperature! The bed was very comfortable and the staff was attentive.
Cons: The fridge was unplugged and warm. Worked normally when plugged in.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Someone else hair in sink. Door was stuck...needed huge strength to open Key deactivated after one use someone attempted entry after check in
7.9 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was pleasant.
Cons: Got charged for free breakfast even though we had the coupons. Had to call after we got home to have them correct their error. We stayed 3 nights. The first two were uneventful but the third was terrible. Kids in room above us were jumping up and down and making a lot of racket. Went on for some time until it finally stopped at 10:30 pm. We had to get up at 4am for our flight so we’re not happy and did not get much rest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Being able to pre-order breakfast the way we each like was spectacular! Having it delivered at the exact time we wanted was another bonus. Thank you for making our short stay amazing!
Cons: The only thing that bummed us out was wanting to pay cash for late night snacks but having to put it on the room charge. THIS IS THE MOST MINOR OF COMPLAINTS - WE HAD TO REALLY THINK ABOUT SOMETHING THAT BUMMED US OUT.

Pros: So I stayed here and used the room as a bridal suite. The manager allowed me to go into the pool jacuzzi 30 minutes prior to opening so I could loosen up my muscles. Hugo who was part of facilities was great! They went above and beyond!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms

Cons: It was all good
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was very convenient
Cons: The food in the restaurant on the second floor was terrible and extremely overpriced.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice facility, roomy suite, close to restaurants and main roads. Very good breakfast.
Cons: The carpeting in livingroom area was worn and dirty. Kitchen, doors, needed attention as well.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room at first glance appeared clean. But the longer I stayed I started seeing disgusting things in the nooks and crannies. However, when I addressed it with the cleaning staff, they cleaned everything to my satisfaction! I loved having the full kitchen. We cooked our own breakfast and dinner two of the three nights we stayed there saving tons of money. We didn’t eat the free breakfast even though I heard many comment that it was really good. When I saw that there was a huge family reunion in the hotel at the same time we felt the wait would be long and the food picked over, as no one was watching their children and children are just plain nasty. Lastly, when I saw they were serving powdered eggs I was completely turned off and good with cooking breakfast in our room.
Cons: I didn’t like that the blanket on the bed was dirty and there was a nasty balled up Kleenex between the blanket and the sheet that I know for a fact neither my husband or I put it there. It was there when we got there. There was a nasty blood stain on the blanket which tells me that it wasn’t changed! There was another nasty blood stain on the let out sofa
7.5 Good
Pros: The beds were awesome
Cons: Great location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was perfect in every way all the staff were friendly and helpful I cannot fault it!!!! Breakfast was delicious especially the freshly made omelettes
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Liked the overall hotel, clean, well-lit, spacious, quiet. Liked the shuttle service. Didn't get to use any bar/breakfast services. Viviana was very welcoming, friendly, and professional.
Cons: Mary is either too shy or arrogant for the hospitality industry. She is dismissive, non communicative, and otherwise seemingly bothered by guests. Several times during our one night stay she refused to even acknowledge our presence, even when we attempted to speak to her directly. Not exactly welcoming or warm. A real put off to an otherwise excellent facility.
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean room, good location
Cons: Pet fee is too high
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Having two separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms

Pros: Room was upgraded when we arrived! Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Location
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Very few towels - had to go ask for more. Only one (!) coffee pack each day. - had to go ask for more. TV in our room doesn't work today "NO SiGNAL". Room keys quit working - had to go to front desk to get them renewed.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast spread was amazing. REALLY comfortable bed linens/comforters. Competent, friendly staff.
Cons: Sink backed up, had to move rooms since it was really late when I returned to the hotel from dinner and there was no engineer on duty (understandable). Front desk person was very responsive and quickly remedied the situation. Housekeeping staff was REALLY LOUD on the 4th floor early in the morning, shouting to one another between rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good food, good location
Cons: Having a small bar/cafe
9.6 Excellent
Cons: We definitely expected to have a refrigerator in our room. Were disappointed when we could not find one. Had one in every other hotel on our trip including other Hampton Inns
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, and friendly
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: I reserved and prepaid for two queen beds since I was travelling with the family. The front desk person said only a single king bed is available, less than what I paid for. She said hotel is overbooked and no other room left, not very politely either. I needed to convince her make several phone calls to solve this, which took about an hour. Then magically other rooms appeared. This is not acceptable when you travel with hungry tired young kids.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Floor filthy, remote for tv did not work, second room key did not work in lock
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Love the hotel, great location, excellent rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Cons: I have a serious allergy to feathers/down. We stressed that we required a feather-free room when we made the reservation, and even took the trouble to call the hotel a day ahead to make sure. We asked when we checked in, and they said they were sure it had been done. We went to a concert that night, and I just went to bed without checking the pillows. They were all down, and I suffered severe allergic reactions. We had to go through all the pillows (even more injurious) and get replacements. We COULD NOT be comped for that night BECAUSE WE MADE THE BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING.COM INSTEAD OF HILTON! They reimbursed only $25 of the hefty charge...and we're Hilton Honors members! So, be aware that if you have any issues, you won't be compensated if you go through third party booking sites.
9.6 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. Great view of the foothills. Close to Red Rocks but yet off the beaten path. Nice and quiet location. Social events during the week nights were a plus.
Cons: There's not much I didn't like about this place. Make sure to ask for a mountain view room. Vent didn't work in the bathroom. Breakfast is missing a little but not a big deal.
7.9 Good
Pros: The complimentary breakfast and pool area were phenomenal. Staff that helped with breakfast was great. I appreciated their small gift shop area for medicine as my daughter ended up needing some tylenol. I liked that the windows could be cracked open to air out our room after housekeeping did not remove the garbage. I liked the fridge and sink in the kitchen area.
Cons: They did not find my reservation when I arrived. They also claimed that Booking.com never actually called to confirm the second night I added. I was advised not to book with Booking.com and to book directly with them next time (there will not be a next time.) We had to change rooms and were dissapointed in the staff ability to assess the problem and handle it professionally. The customer service was lacking. First we were told we could have a 2 bedroom for the first night but would have to change rooms the next day. We went to our room then received a phone call advising we could have late check out. Since we were leaving early in the morning I asked if we could possibly have a 2 bedroom for 2 nights so we didnt have to get up extra early to pack luggage for 7 people and move. We were told we could have an upgrade to a 2 bedroom for 2 nights and to come down and get the keys when ready. Upon going downstairs I was told if they gave us 2 nights they would have to ask someone else to move. But not to worry he would figure it out. Then we were called and offered a one bedroom for the 2 nights and told they could only offer it because they asked a staff member to move rooms. Too much info and not enough good service. I was tired of dealing with this gentleman's lack of customer service so I agreed and we moved rooms at 11 pm after my children were done swimming. The sofa bed was uncomfortable for my 6 and 10 year old. The second night they slept on the couch and used the foot rest to make a makeshift bed. We were called at 1pm the second day to be advised that housekeeping went to our room and we should have been checked out already. They didn't see the note in the computer that we were staying 2 nights. Housekeeping left the garbage with smelly diapers in it so I took it out to the dumpster myself and asked for more bags. I also asked the desk to have housekeeping return later. We had 3 towels in the room and 7 people, 2 nights.

7.0 Good
Pros: Bed was comfy. Good location. Good hot breakfast and coffee.

9.0 Excellent

Pros: Overall it was an excellent experience. Every benefit Home2 Suites offered were easily accessible from parking, pool, gym, etc. There was difficulty in contacting the facility prior to checking in however, the experience after arriving surpasses the early on negative. I definitely will return and recommend your establishment. Thank you.

Pros: Very clean and pretty. Great breakfast. Front desk ladies were attentive.
Cons: No hot tub.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast had plenty of choices, and I'm trying to drink decaf for my blood pressure's sake. It was good, just a bit cold when I came late to breakfast one day. I prefer when the bathroom fan functions separately from the lights, the noise gets on my nerves a bit when the fan isn't necessary. The pool is very nice, just a bit small; one member of the party wanted a hot tub!
4.2 Okay
Pros: Good Breakfast selections.
Cons: The beds were not comfortable. Décor was very bland in the room. The air conditioning in the indoor pool was broken (felt like a hundred degrees indoors when it was a hot summer day outside as well). For the price that I spent for a one nights stay, I expected more :(

Highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit.

Pros: The location was great and the complimentary chocolate chips cookies were even better!!
Cons: I was very pleased with this stay.
6.7 Good
Cons: The WiFi was not working at all, even the Mac computers they have in the lobby weren't working. They don't have microwaves like you'd expect in the rooms, ended up finding one down by the lobby area. The elevators sound very creeky, like they need serviced. My room had a sofa bed but it wasn't made nor were there any sheets or anything to make it myself. I also had an addition to my party that had another room and had to keep switching rooms because the front desk did not know that the room they assigned to them still had someone in it staying over from the day before.
4.0 Okay

Pros: Nice pool/hot tub and breakfast. Free Happy hour snacks and drinks were an unexpected surprise! Plenty of seating.
Cons: It was very loud since every room opens up to the main area. Pros: Pricing was fair and easy access to south side of Denver. Liked that we had the option to opt out of breakfastvand saved use money. Hotel breakfast not worth the difference for us.
Cons: Staff not mean but seemed disorganized and lacking in personality you would see at Hyatt. But little interaction.
