Awesome and accommodating staff! Renee went way above and beyond, helping to make a difficult trip much easier. All the front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay here again!

Cold shower. Noisy hotel.

Location was easy to get to. Rooms were very comfortable. Loved the kitchen. Complimentary drinks and food downstairs was a bonus. Staff tried to work with us on early check in which was much appreciated!

The place had a resort flavor to it. Quiet, isolated yet near town. The staff was helpful, friendly and genuine. Room was well designed and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly full with a pleasant courtyard for eating and a small but nice pool.

The constant slamming of doors. Our "next door neighbors" banging on our door all through the night (they keep thinking it was their room and they were drunk). Cleaning staff ignoring Do Not Disturb sign and banging on the door.

No real family amenities, this is a business stay hotel, if that is what you are after this is a good place. road construction in getting into hotel.

Very clean, spacious,comfortable. Very friendly bed. Had to wait until 5 to check in as room wasn't cleaned yet. Other than that excellent. Lots of plugs for multiple devices. Great wifi signal. Didn't have time to eat the breakfast so can't comment on that.

I was led to believe each room included a microwave and refrigerator, our room had neither.

Old linen. Elevator closed on my bag and wouldn't open back up! Safety hazard!

Upon entering we were welcomed with a smile by the staff and the hotel was gorgeous. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. When I'm in Denver again I know I can always count on this being worth my money.

This is a nice property - with friendly, helpful staff. We have stayed there about a dozen times. Convenient, easy to get to and a short trip to both downtown and DEN Intl. Great value.

The staff and service was great. The room was comfortable and well kept.

The fitness center is tiny and the elliptical is broken.

We asked for a rollaway and where told they would bring one right up after an hour and a half we still had no rollaway, so we asked again and they said they would check and see if they had any, half an hour later still nothing, we checked again and they said there where non. So we asked for two blankets and they brought one and we had call back for another one. Other than that is was a great stay.

The beds are comfortable, the suites are fresh-feeling, clean and the lobby and bar feel good. Free cookies at 3PM! :-) Laundry room. OK weight room. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a pool which I saw many people using. I don't swim. There are places to sit outside if you want to. Good freeway access and close to a great mall with lots of restaurants and shops.

The bar closes at 10PM. Seriously, this just seems to cancel out the point of having a bar in a hotel. The "high speed wifi" is definitely not high speed. No pullup bar in weight room and very limited space there. The maid came to clean our room at 7:15 AM. Way too early.

The hotel had everything you'd need for an extended stay. Full size appliances including a dishwasher. It was very clean. The king size bed was comfortable. The shower was a large warm walk in. The hot breakfast was good and included an omelet bar. I'd stay here again.

The tvs were older and throne in the the livin area was fuzzy but did include a DVDs player.

I loved everything about this hotel!!! When I made my reservation online with kayak I was just expecting a regular hotel room. When we arrived in was shocked at how nice it was! Everything was really clean, the room was actually a suite with a full kitchen and living room. My husband and I had our two daughters with us (1yr & 6yr) they provied us with a crib for the baby at no additional charge. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The guy at the front desk even helped me look up daycare nearby. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. They had different options daily. And as much as I hate to say it my youngest daughter got sick and vomited at breakfast and the kitchen staff was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate that especially in such an embarrassing situation. So thank you Hayatt House, you'll definitely being seeing my family again!!

The rooms were greats and so much space! Very updated hotel Rooms and very clean!

The hot water stopped working early in the morning and I had a meeting to go to I had to wait. Also their employees are for the lost part very unfriendly.

Rooms were clean. They charge the amount that was quote.

Needed sheets and blanket for the pull out and when we called to have them bring up, we were told that we have to come and get our sheet and blankets. We were told that they had no more pillows for the pull out. The cost of the room does not reflect the service or customer service.

We loved that the hotel offered buffet style food for no extra cost. Also, we received 3 free drinks!

There was a few stains on our comforter. Also, the pool was very cloudy and filmy, as well as the hot tub. When choosing a hotel a pool is a must.. The appearance of it was so awful we didn't even go in. That was very disappointing

Good thread count on sheets and clean room. Happy hour and apps and breakfast were awesome-atmosphere very comfort inn like Staff was professional and very welcoming

Smallest room and bathroom I have ever seen! Not sure if I will return. Room was just above pool-so screaming kids until 10 pm was not great I have stayed there in the past and had a great room which faced the highway and was much more serene and spacious

The young clerk at front desk was nice for only working there 3 weeks. Felt bad he has to deal with working for a horrible hotel.

Not the room I booked. No sheets for the flat torn up sofa pullout. Old food in cabinets. Toilet seat hanging off. Sheets dirty... don't want to mention what was found when I untucked them from the mattress on the bed. Demanded a refund and didn't stay more than an hour. No manager on site.

No towels, clogged toilet, stunk like cigarettes, wasn't cleaned properly. Very uncomfortable place to stay.

Exceeded expectations. Very clean, amazing bed, amenities were wonderful. The bistro, the courtyard obviously. I had a west mountain facing room on the 2nd floor. Perfect views of the mountains. The sliding doors and balcony were nice too.

You can hear music from Fiddler's Green, which is across the interstate, but still nearby. This is either good or bad, depending on who's playing.

Bed was too soft/hot. Wall mounted AC was noisy. There were long hairs on the sheet when i first arrived and turned back the covers - assume it was housekeeper's hair. Drink prices in lobby were ridiculous. Room didn't have a little refrigerator. Bathroom was tiny. Generally, value for money vs. nearby hotel properties is low.

The food served at the breakfast buffet was subpar, the fruit and juices were the only thing palatable. By booking through kayak I didn't receive my HHonors for the stay.

someone kept smoking in their bathroom and using the exhaust vents. So we would come back to our room and bathrooms smelling like a chimney. We were told too pit up with it for the night and see if gets better. The next day was much worse and the only thing they could do was all its to pack everything up and move to the other side of the building. It would have been nice to to take care of the problem or give its a partial refund or something but that did not happen.

Breakfast was good and complete for all tastes, rooms very clean, conference rooms for every size, quick multiple elevators

A 30.00 charge being put on my charge card for "just in case I incur an expense" and then taking days for it to be refunded back into my account. I did not knowingly authorize that charge.

This is a very new property, modern, clean, up-scale but with a very great price for the weekend! My wife and I entertained our son and his wife along with our grandchild..all in a two-room standard suite..and it worked out beautifully. With the full breakfast in the morning and cocktail hour and munchies for all (except our grandchild of course), it was a tremendous value. The location is perfect for shopping, and seeking out other places to eat..very easy to find off of I25--for tripping around Denver. I asked for a crib and it was delivered immediately for the grandchild. A perfect value and location for a weekend touring around the Denver area!

Nothing really, I had a good stay and enjoyed my time.

Decent area, I felt safe.

Dirty from first floor renovation, but the entire place was dirty. Room was actually clean, but heat/ac unit had no labeling for temp or fan. Just two knobs to guess with. It wasn't a drug den place, just sub-par compared to the other extended stays I've been to.

THE HOTEL WAS SO RUNDOWN AND FILTHY I HAD TO LEAVE. WENT TO DIFFERENT EXTENDED STAY WITHIN A COUPLE BLOCKS AND HAD A PASSABLE EXPERIENCE FOR THE PRICE. IF I WERE KAYAK I WOULD NOT ALLOW THIS HOTEL ON YOUR WEBSITE ! IT WAS THAT BAD. INDESCRIBABLY BAD.

I have nothing nice to say about my visit.

The rooms were filthy. Druggie's were hanging outside the hotel rooms. The bath tub floor was black. When I lifted the sheets on the bed their was hair and lip stick stains. I went to the office to have at least the sheets changed and they said they would do so. When I returned a couple of hours later the sheets were still their. So I went to the front office and the lady handed me the sheets so I can change it. When I removed the sheets I found Piss stains all over the bed. They ended up moving me to another extended stay due to the conditions, but I will never again stay at an extended stay or recommend to friends or family.

I arrived on 11/16/15 at 1730. I don't remember the desk clerk's name, but she was absolutely a nice person and professional.

For a non-smoking room, mine reaked of cigarettes and marijuana. The carpet was nasty and the toilet still had hair and dirt around the bowl. If you pay the cleaning staff by the room, I ask that you stop. Pay them by the hour and then make them accountable.
