Great place to hang your hat if you're exploring East London.
Staff was very nice but not well informed about the area.
Good location for business visit at City, Rooms sufficiently comfortable, staff polite and frendly.
By far the best value hotel I have stayed at in London. Rooms fairly basic but good size & comfortable.
Some people will be put off by the location - the rougher end of Brick Lane - but totally fine by me and no problems at all.
Nice stay no problems
friendliness and professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, extraordinary spacy rooms unlike most of the economy/budget hotels in London
it is close to the tube station that I go everyday
kind and helpfull staff. Breakfast good.
It was very hot in our room (209) (heat coming from inside the hotel) and there was noisy outside so we could not open the window during the night.
Its position, and good room.
The breakfast is not excellent. Bad bread and bad cheese. England has the most excelent cheese. Ask the hotel why they are serving the whorst and cheapest for the tourists. But in the long run breakfast is not importent.
proximity to work, the excellent deal price
Yes it was a pleasant stay, the staff were helpful and polite, I did stay an extra two nights
