Nothing special, weird if i must say. Back alley hotel
Liked nothing about the facilities
Too expensive for one night and one of the bed broke for the amount they charge very poor facilities I paid that much because I had no option for the limited time otherwise I would have never paid that much for a room thus a reep off.And last but not the least no break fast was given to us
It was very close to the venue for a party we were going to. They also upgraded the room to one with a toilet as my dad uses a walking stick.
The pillows weren't thick enough for my dad and partner so they asked for two spare pillows (they had a double room), the hotel only had one spare pillow. The pillow cases were dirty so they slept with a towel over the pillows. The room wasn't clean. There was no mirror in the room at all.
Room was very small and uncomfortable, "asking renovation", walls and carpet dirty, blanket and pillows "yellow"
The distance to Stratford Centre and Westfield was perfect. There's a park behind the hotel if you want fresh air. The television was a good feature.
The bed was broken, with the right side more sunken than the left side. I had to sleep diagonally. Luckily I wasn't sharing the bed as I was staying for 2 nights alone. Under the bed was so dirty, as though it hadn't been hoovered ever. I also was given a kettle in the room but no tea bags, or milk or sugar and the staff were hesitant to give it when I asked. The staff or guests smoke in the hotel when it says in non-smoking so I was disappointed in this factor as the room was smelly.
