Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfy and welcoming room with all the mod cons you have come to expect ( en-suite bathroom, plush bed, TV, mini coffee/ tea with snacks) with nicely presented towels with toiletries. You can grab a drink in the attached pub, or pop around the corner onto the main shopping centre. Excellent central location for buses and trains. Great value.
Noisy as above a pub which plays music till late but this is made clear during booking so not a deal breaker.
Great location amazing room comfort great view happy recommend friends family to go there I will go in future again for me
All was amazing
I liked the room and en-suite. The staff were very helpful.
The blind kept falling down so it couldn't be raised during the day ot lowered at night for privacy and to keep the morning ight out. An attempt to fix it failed. THere is no food on site. The bar below can be noisy.
The little private balcony in our room was really cute, (it was really nice to have some outdoor space!) and the room was lovely too. It was a perfect size and really well decorated, very well styled. The bed was VERY comfortable! The pub which belongs to the guesthouse was a traditional pub and was very friendly. It had a really lovely little courtyard at the back with undercover outdoor seating. The front of the building is beautiful, with all its original Victorian features. We had a very warm welcome on arrival, and the owner told us to ask if we needed anything at all, which was really welcoming. The property doesn't actually have any parking, there is a JustPark car park right next to the Guest House, which made it really convenient for us to park really nearby. The cost for parking was just £7.49 for 24 hours, which I thought was really reasonable for London.
The room had a lot of noise coming from the road below
