Pros: Location, location, location

Cons: Not very friendly people working at front desk. Didnt feel welcome. Bedroom was small and had 3 single beds in it? Would have been happier w one queen not 3 singles. I was by myself.

Pros: This is a great boutique hotel across from a beautiful park. It was very quiet and off the beaten path.

Cons: We hoped for a true British hotel experience, but the staff were all foreign with poor English communication which made it difficult. Also, they wouldn't allow us to get coffee without sitting down in the restaurant.

Pros: reasonably well-located to the westminister neighborhood

Cons: very small room poor customer service old

Pros: Location! Nice towels.

Cons: Not even close to an American 4* level. Outdated furnishings in the rooms. Ugly, old bathrooms in poor condition.

Cons: Room too small - Small Bed. Very expensive breakfast No A/C
