Good breakfast, great location, friendly and helpfull staff.
tiny and compact room, hard to place the luggage in the small room.
The location of the hotel was very good just a stones throw from the tube station. The room was small but had everything you need. The windows could be opened which I like and everything was very clean.
My daughter requires a gluten free diet and breakfast choice was limited for her. The bread at breakfast was frozen in the middle. I personally think a hotel of this standard should be presenting fresh baked bread in the morning especially as the whole food shop down the road had a magnificent display of bread available. Orange juice was not freshly pressed but out of a carton, again a small gripe but so easily rectified.
The staff were excellent. Location was perfect for my needs. Lounge area was terrific. The room was well lit but no space for working. On balance it was a good attempt to retro fit an older building. I would stay there again in spite of the shortcomings.
It was expensive. The room was very very small. No soap was provided.
the hotel administrator desk are very good treatment with visitor , check-in processes fast , also they have excellent help and support . Hotel location very nice , close to underground Station .
the reception desk must have information for room which is have problem in AC or pump . because first room i check-in have AC problem , so , i have to packing my languages to move other Room.
