Excellent place, Breakfast was good, staff are very nice.
No washing facilities
Friendly staff, great room, breakfast very good, and excellent value for London. It's not central but the location suits me and it's ten minutes or less to stations. Public areas recently revamped and improved.
If was being really picky, a wider range of draught beer. Other than that, nothing.
very comfortable bed, with coffe and tea available in the room. Location is close to the financial district and to Whitechapel station.
The staff was very friendly and so kind , high level of service. I thank them all...
The beds, is little small
