clean, friendly and helpful staff
Very helpful young man at the bar, which was also a relaxed local pub. Free Wi-Fi.
It is a bit difficult to find- directions would be good.
Comfortable, Safe, Easily accesible
Parking - Needs to be sorted out as I got clamped for parking directly outside the Hotel. The staff at the hotel never informed us that there was spaces allocated to the hotel round the back. It needs to be addressed urgently! The men that came to release my clamp stated that they have clamped and released many cars from outside that Hotel. It is free in the evening but not during the day however There was no reception available in the morning so we had no way of contacting any staff to discuss where to park etc... also we required some more Milk for our Tea and Coffee in the morning and again no one available to ask

Room met minimum standard, somewhat cheap.
Poor location, bad state of repair.
The helpfulness of the staff with regard to my parking and the safety of my car
The lack of parking facilities at the hotel
