Location was just too remote
Thanks to hotel employees for making our stay so very enjoyable. This hotel is simply the ultimate in excellence!
Good size and cleanliness of the room
Very modern and comfortable.
The a/c in the room was on heat all the time. No window that could be opened.
The rooms were extremely comfortable and modern. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and always went above-and-beyond. Customer experience is definitely front-and-center for them!
The only potential downside is the location. It is literally right next to a tube stop so I wouldn't even consider this a downside, but you need to take the tube to get across the Thames--don't take the stop before and try to walk like we did--you can't!
Out of all my hotel stays, this is my absolute best. The staff were all wonderful, Top /doorman and /concierge were absolutely brilliant. The rooms were cleaned 2 times a day and the spa/gym were clean. Will stay again! Truly 5 star!
Everything was absolutely perfect.
The hotel was beautiful with amazing views over the Thames and the O2. It's near to both the Emirates Cable Car and the North Greenwich Pier which both made for fun ways in to London. The staff were really helpful.
I've given the location an 8 but it depends on what you're staying for. If you're visiting the O2 this is an 11 out of 10! We were visiting London and it was a little inconvenient out of town. I'd still happily go back though!
The riverside InterContinental® London - The O2 is located on the vibrant Greenwich Peninsula, with 453 luxury rooms, a ballroom for over 3,000 guests and a beauty spa. Spectacular Canary Wharf views are best enjoyed over cocktails in Eighteen Sky Bar, one of several dining destinations in the hotel. The O2 arena is steps away and the Emirates Air Line zips over the Thames to ExCel London. MBNA Thames Clipper and the Jubilee line offer fast links to London’s West end and London City Airport.
