Staff were great and location
The rooms and bathrooms are very small.
The staff ( all of them) were first class. Breakfast was good.
The size of my single room was a little ridiculous. However it was comfortable. I couldn’t close the shower door when showering so I guess that a man would have to stand in the bathroom and shower.
The food was great. There were also has facilities for all customers. Also, I think the location was great, only 3 minutes walk from oxford street. All the staffs were nice and kindly to help when having a problem. In-room, they provide the lighten sign for "Do not disturb" and "Please clean my room", which is so easy for the staff to take care of us.
There was just only one lift, but it's not causing a problem. There was some dust on the carpet but just a little bit.
Too much plastic use. Especially sugar cubes in plastic...…..really? Should do much better to be eco friendly!!
The location is fantastic for anyone who loves shopping and dining! It is right behind Selfridges and a short 2 minutes walk from Oxford and Bond street! This is my second time staying at the hotel and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in my next trip! Aka carte items on the Breakfast menu were good, staff were very helpful and friendly! Thanks for the lovely card and fruits on my last day!
There were no gym or swimming pool but that's okay, the shopping made up my cardio quota!
