The biggest cheating scam in London
Nothing. Absolutely nothing
The bathtub inside the room and no curtain for it. It was disgustingly dirty. The room was freezing and still paid 150GBP a night. A terrible experience that I left after the first night. You had to shave like the old west, because there was only separate taps for cold and hot water.
Fantastic staff, nice location. Very "English" place
Double room is fine, single room is rather a closet then a room :)
There is no roof garden in this hotel!
We very much enjoyed the comfort, friendliness, location and breakfast provided by the hotel
The lift system worked quite well and we had no real problem with it, but it was not quite as hassle free and efficient as the rest of this impeccable hotel.
The location - very near Harrods is fantastic as are the staff. There are no tea making facilties - but fabulous coffee or tea is served to your room instead. The owner should be congatulated for his/her imagination and it is a very god conference venue downstairs. Bed linen etc of very good quality, as are the soaps etc.
It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in - hardly space to walk around the bed. There are zero facilities and when the first person gets up - you will be woken up too. It is very very noisy. Windows not very secure and draughty - may be cold in winter (room 6). I think it was very over-priced and would stay at another hotel next time.
Cleanliness and comfortable bed
No dining / reception room, but staff made up for it
Terrible smell in common area which slightly reached our room.Very dodgy entrance.
Informal yet professional atmosphere. Friendly staff.
The room and staff.
Molten Brown goodie in the bathroom
The staff were extremely friendly and the location was wonderful
I would have liked tea and coffee making facikities in the room.
