helpfullness and freindliness of the staff, quiet room
very expensive
The staff were helpful. Bed was comfortable and room clean.
Staff made the visit bearable
Room was same size as the shower room. Very, very tiny
We liked the hotel because it was comfortable clean and a relaxed atmosphere, and close to victoria station.
close to train/undergd stations, close to attraction places
The hotel has no lifts, no coffee/tea facilities in rooms. I had a problem with the shower (cold water and not strong), they told me it happens sometimes when people have showers same time !!!
The central location was near transportation, with breakfast included. It was also quiet, though we were away during the day.
Location was good and the hotel itself and the room we were in was clean and tidy.
The breakfast offered was of poor standard and not much of it, only one cup of tea each was offered, extra tea or coffee was at an extra charge, cornfalkes were charged at an extra £1.50 a bowl and a glass of milk an extra £1.00, I think that considering the overall cost of the stay to be expected to pay extra for a cup of tea or cereal was a little insulting.
Far too expensive.Horriable breakfast thank god Nero cafe is near by.
Very quiet location
Shabby and poorly maintained room. Broken floor tiles in bathroom also faulty tap and bed-head loose TV reception poor Very small breakfast area. Food just about acceptable.
Good location. Comfortable beds and very clean room.
Only the stairs up to the third floor!
