Nothing at all
The room did not look as indicated in the general in the public pictures. It only had one food pot. Very very tinny room for 3. Broken shower holder. No carpet on the floor.
The metro station was too near from the hotel and there were only few stops to London center.
At night were neighbours shouting and making a lot of noise with the doors of the flat. Too many noise in the middle of the night.
The company was extremely unorganised on our arrival and it took them 30 minutes to greet me and give me the key for entrance even though they requested a check-in time. They also failed to tell me that myself and my friends were sharing a flat inc bathroom, kitchen and communal areas with strangers and were greeted rudely by them banging, crashing, shouting and swinging at 06:30 on a Sunday morning. The flat was both advertised and touted to us that the whole flat was ours and that the spare door was a cupboard where they keep cleaning products and instead we found out that there were three people staying with us, and we had also found that they trashed the bathroom, leaving it isn’t such disgusting conditions that we were unable to use it. Staff were rude Whole experience was awful. I would recommend that this ‘hotel’ Is re assessed and advertised as a hostel or taken off the website.
I didn’t like anything about this. It had music blasting from surrounding apartments and pubs all night. It was also a shared bedroom with another family in the next room. The bed was uncomfortable and bedding thin and worn, the towels were sharp and old and smelt horrible. The lift wasn’t working so we had to lug our bags upstairs and downstairs ourselves. The room was dingey and unfriendly. The music was horrendously loud. I would 100% not recommend this. Spend an extra £10 and go somewhere else- it will be worth it. The guy who checked us in left us waiting downstairs at the front of the building for 10 minutes, on a Saturday night. Seemed a bit dodgey to me. He also looked us up and down in an unfriendly manner as if he was sceptical about letting us stay there. Just a bad experience over all.
