A
4.5 Mediocre
Pros:Nothing really, maybe only the location.
Cons:The whole hotel needs to be renovated. Need stainless sheets, the ice machine needs to be updated it is so loud. Looks like an upscale projects.
A
8.2 Very good
Pros:Great location, check in and check out was super easy.
Cons:Parking lot was very small.
A
8.0 Very good
Pros:It was a great deal, close enough to the convention center, the room was big and nice.
A
2.8 Poor
Pros:The room was a good size, but that's about where the compliments end. Some of the staff were very friendly, but there seemed to be some neglect of keeping things on track at the front desk. *see the rest of my review*
Cons:The parking was inadequate to say the least. The flooring in the bathroom was coming up in several places. The beds were VERY loud, so not great when you're trying not to wake up everyone else in the room when you move any bit. The breakfast, while I didn't expect much, was even worse then expected. There was only apples, bananas, some prepackaged danishes, mini super sweet chocolate chip muffins, 2 types of cereal in some plastic storage containers to pour from, and then the breakfast drink in a fountain drink style machine. The pool was unheated, not that I really expected it to be, and for some reason, you weren't allowed to get back to your room, after going in the pool, using the elevator. The walls of the hallway had air pockets in the paint. It seemed like it needed a renovation about 10+ years ago and they're still putting it off. Windows don't really do much to keep out sound or air. The AC never got the room cool at night even when we had it at 60° the entire stay. The elevator was very janky and made weird noises as it slowly moved. There were so many things wrong, I'm sure I'm forgetting many. Also, while I was there, someone came out of the elevator smoking a lit cigarette which made the elevator just a cloud of smoke. I have asthma and smoke highly affects me and I was shocked. I braved the elevator with my shirt over my face and trying to hold my breath as long as possible since I was on the top floor and wasn't able to take the stairs. I then went straight to my room to call the front desk so they could do something about it, and the line was busy. I assumed it was still busy down there seeing as I just came from there, so waited a few minutes and tried again, and got the same thing. I tried a few more times over the next 15-20 minutes and it was a busy tone the whole time. I could see the front desk from my room's window and so I checked to see if it was really that busy right then, and it looked empty other than the worker behind the desk. I saw the guy there not on the phone and had called right before and after I looked out the window and still got nothing. As it was already almost 10 and my friends had already gone to bed; I couldn't keep calling the front desk. When I told them in the morning at check out, they basically said that there is nothing they can do about what people choose to do when they know they're not supposed to do said thing. Maybe they could've if they'd picked up the phone and not left it off the hook. They had video camera too. This seems neglectful of them. I will not be going back for many reasons and do not recommend to others.

Cons:The pool was closed and their idea of continental breakfast was cereal and bananas. :(
A
6.5 Okay
Pros:The staff was great. A very clean hotel.
Cons:This hotel is out dated. Needs paint and upgraded bathrooms. Carpet is worn so it looks dirty, which it isnt. It also needs more parking. Has one third that it needs. Our car was three deep. Also this is not the best neighborhood!!! Y-fi didn't work most of the time. The continental breakfast could be upgraded also. 2 cerals, coffee, juice, bananas and chocolate chip mini-muffins. That was it.
M
3.4 Poor
Pros:Nothing.
Cons:Stayed there on a Friday night and the music from restaurant/club across the street was blaring till about 2am. Bathroom was practically in disrepair. Sink faucet knob turned all the way around and didn't stop-- you had to find the sweet spot to turn it off. Tub drain plug was laying outside drain. Location was sketchy. Key card didn't work at the back entrance, so I had to walk all the way around. When I told the front desk person that I needed a new key card, he said I didn't-- it worked everywhere else except the back door.
A
6.5 Okay
Pros:Reasonably priced, close to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, bus station and attractions.
Cons:Awoke in the middle of one of the nights to a honking car in the parking lot. Lots of traffic noise in this location. Poor breakfast choices. No air conditioning in the hallways.
B
2.0 Poor
Pros:nothing
Cons:everything cancelled our reservations I would never consider staying at the Vagabond. The male at the desk was very inconsiderate. No customer service.
A
6.2 Okay
Pros:Cheap, friendly, close to town.
Cons:No TP in the room upon arrival, clearly layers of carpetting piled on each other, desk clerk lost four fingers on one hand.
