The service could not have been worse. We waited over an hour before we had someone finally pick up the phone and send an airport van. On our return flight, we turned our car in at the appointed 4:00 time to find a note on the desk that said “please place the keys in the Dropbox. We had expected to get a ride to the airport, but that was not to be. We walked 20 minutes or so to the airport and barely made our flight. Took a $10 Uber to the office, and two young unprofessional girls were there. “I was at lunch”. After we took the car and got to the hotel, they call us and told us they left keys in our car so they came and met us and switched us cars. What a joke. The replacement car was a crappy, smoke smelling Kia Soul, nothing like the commercial with the hamsters. I had never seen a rental car in such bad condition.2.0 Poor

The staff is untrained, unprofessional and many give you the attitude that they will probably steal your information. The prove of having insurance. In mist car rental agencies you just tell them the name is the insurance here you have to have a policy # and fill it out. Or they fir e you to buy insurance! Wtf!!! I’m getting the impression they are hiring the bottom feeders of tre employees with fishy background. All care more in their cell phone than try to help you to rent and leave the facility.
