9.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern no-frills hotel offering good value including breakfast. Location convenient for ring road (rocade) and Le Lac area and not far from Merignac airport.
Cons: A few more parking spaces would be helpful
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: Received an answer confirming a baby bed, and it wasn't ready. Actually, staff was not aware about it.

Pros: Nice out the way but easy motorway access location. Enjoyed view of lake form window. Room clean and functional.

7.1 Good
Pros: Gentleman that booked us in was lovely and helpful
Cons: Room was adequate, bit of a 70's throwback being bright orange, room smelt of stale sticky smell, corridor stank of cigarette smoke, was a bit edgy when we went to view the lake and a group of local alchys were adjacent to the hotel, but a quiet ish night, but wouldn't stay again

Cons: Banging my head on the lamp every time I sat up in bed
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Easy motorway access. Dog friendly Good value. Small room but clean and modern.
Cons: All was ok for vernigt. No restaurants or bars nearby.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Terrible, could not sleep for the noise and my wife felt threatened. Nothing to like!!!!!!!!!!
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location. Vending machine and use of microwave in reception. Good wifi
Cons: The smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. Tiny modular plastic bathroom with very smelly drains. Noise from running water in room above.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The room was compact and had a television. There was a good temperature regulation facility. The gate was secure in the night time and there was good access to shops if you came by car.
Cons: Where to start, I missed my flight so I ended up on the last flight of the day, it arrived at 11am. I messaged the hotel to tell them I would be arriving late. Unfortunately, I got no response from them, they never communicated back with me. This seemed to be a norm with their guests. There were 2 other examples during my stay where they left individual guests upset. I got to the hotel at about 12am and had to deal with a machine that issues a room only after taking a card payment. Unfortunately, none of my cards worked and the machine would not accept cash. There was no one from the hotel available to attend to me and I did try calling their emergency number but I didn't get an answer. I had to beg another guest to pay with his card and then I gave him the cash. The room has a ceramic floor and there was no bathroom mat in the room. I succeeded in falling over and hurting myself the first night after taking a shower. In the morning I could hear the sounds from the corridor waking me up anytime someone went down the stairs. I was charged 50euros a night and this was definitely worth the price in my opinion.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: clean, friendly staff
Cons: Showerhead was broken, no kettle

Cons: Shower needs updating.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The receptionist spoke english and was friendly, the continental breakfast offering was ok and it was accessible from the motorway
Cons: The room was like a prison cell, cigarette burns on the bathroom wash basin and corrosion under the window.... had it been cheap it might have been ok for 1 night but at 68€ I would have expected more, no wonder it was the last to be booked up
7.0 Good
Pros: Room clean, quiet, value for money
Cons: Have been charged city tax for two people even I booked just for myself and was travelling alone. Very dark outside when arrived late for the self check in, could break the leg going to the car park. Not signed where rooms located so another trip in the dark around the property.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location.
Cons: It's a truck stop. That's fine, but it's not advertised as such. Constantly running water noise from A/C in room. Breakfast very average.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was an easy place to stay. Good price and comfortable. I was traveling by car so I needed a place to take a shower and rest... this hotel help me do both. The Staff was nice and spoke Spanish which is appreciated. WiFi worked well and easy to connect. Plenty of Parking Space.
Cons: The fact that loads of people wake up very early at around 6amto continue their travels and they don’t think about other people sleeping when they make their luggage or come out of their room. It can get a bit noisy so it would be nice for the hotel to leave a note on every room remembering them that we are all their trying to get a good nite sleep and that we do not have all the same traveling times. Other than that everything was well.
7.1 Good
Pros: It was close to the motorway that we needed for the next day.
Cons: It was very basic and noisy.

Pros: Location, room and staff The tram stop is a minutes walk away
Cons: Not enough coffee machines at breakfast
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: There was some renovation work in progress which meant there was a temporary dining room in operation. Breakfast time was chaos and very poor food and beverage quality. Our room was on the eleventh floor and was quite noisey we think from machinery on the roof, directly above. We have stayed in this hotel twice before and it generally offers a reasonable standard and value for money. Seems to have slipped a little this time.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were adorable Kitchenette in the room I had the benefit of a room upgrade so the room was relatively spacious There is a laundry service with express option (same day)
Cons: The location was good but the zone was a bit empty after 8-9 pm and somehow scary. No sink in toilets, you should go to the bathroom Daily room cleaning and towels change service is not provided unless requested (paying option)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect room for 3 people, a lot of space. And in the day you could grab tiny chococroissant and juice for free at the reception.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Size of room , facilities & staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, very close to the city centre, about 10 minutes's walk from the Place de la Bourse. A large supermarket (Auchan) located in the Meriadeck shopping centre only about 100 yards from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The Musee des Beaux Arts and the Saint Andre Cathedral also very close. The hotel is clean and functional. The room had a small kitchen with a microwave - probably too small to cook anything serious, but perfect to heat something quickly. Very good fridge with small freezer. There is also a small dishwasher but it didn't work well. Dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, sponge and dishcloth were provided. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was courteous and the place was very quiet at the time of my visit (late February) - no loud noises in the hall or anything like that. Would certainly return to this hotel or recommend it to friends.
Cons: The only downside is that no daily room service is included (it can be ordered at an additional cost), which I found surprising since the place is labelled as a hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything within easy walking distance and a tram stop nearby. No shortage of eating and drinking places around. The unexpected car parking was an additional bonus.
Cons: The only "niggle" was that the only sitting furniture was the single bed, not really a sofa or an easy chair.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and very comfortable.
Cons: Could have done with tea and coffee in the rooms
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location and comfort

Cons: Food options were poor and expensive.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location with good on site parking and easy access to Bordeaux centre by tram. Clean , comfortable, spacious room with good facilities. Pleasant public spaces and bar area.
Cons: Restaurant was disappointing, it is second time we have tried it hoping first experience was just an off night, but sadly not. Such poor quality food again , we opted for one of the evening’s specials on the menu thinking they would be well prepared for those options and whilst not expecting a gourmet experience it shouldn’t be hard to get burger and fries right.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spotlessly clean. Comfortable room. Great shower/ bathroom.
Cons: Many of the staff did not smile and gave the impression that we were an inconvenience. Only one gentleman behind reception was friendly and helpful

Cons: Received an answer confirming a baby bed, and it wasn't ready. Actually, staff was not aware about it.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice out the way but easy motorway access location. Enjoyed view of lake form window. Room clean and functional.
Cons: Staff never at reception.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a nice place, cozy, close to the lake, the breakfast was good and it was really quiet.
Cons: It's a bit far from down town, but is does have a nice walk for the lake, a great restaurante next doors and for me it was quite good as it was situated next to the show
7.1 Good
Pros: Gentleman that booked us in was lovely and helpful
Cons: Room was adequate, bit of a 70's throwback being bright orange, room smelt of stale sticky smell, corridor stank of cigarette smoke, was a bit edgy when we went to view the lake and a group of local alchys were adjacent to the hotel, but a quiet ish night, but wouldn't stay again
