Super clean and comfortable. Relaxation therapy face and foot cream and room/pillow spray a nice touch.
This place is great. I paid $136 a night. Super nice staff. Parking in the structure was only $15 that's good because from other reviews I heard it was more. its super convenient and has a nice view of the airport (perfect for plane lovers). Before you check they send you a email asking you when you wanna check in, what view you want, how many pillows you need, and if your a single or double bed so that was pretty cool. Overall it's a very good place to stay. I will definetly book here again, only if I can't stay at Taylor swifts house hahaha
Didn't have a fridge. Would be the best if they can put one in the rooms that don't have one. Other than that this place is s
Newer updated rooms, great bed/etc. Good location for getting around areas of LA.
Parking was a bit costly because of how close this hotel was to the airport but it was a nice location for getting around various areas of LA.
Having to pay $25 for valet parking.
Good but noisy A/C unit in room 826.
Good but noisy A/C unit in room 826.
Airport hotel, so just to sleep. Two girl friends travelling together and everything worked. Nice bathroom with lots of counter space, good shower. Lighting for reading was focused and not intrusive to the other person, with convenient switches,. Check out was done on the phone in your room, airport shuttle buses ran every 20 minutes, 24 hours per day. Basically everything worked and was very convenient. Sometimes the simple things add up to a great stay.
Bathroom door was a pocket door and very noisy, so there was no way to go to the washroom without waking up the other person.
When we checked in there were no people on the line and one person ahead of us already checking in. After we checked in the man that waited on us made a big point of telling us, not once but twice, never to stand in rvTine acIn as it is for preferred guests. Guess what, it shouldn't be an issue as we won't be coming back! Welcome
The reservation staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The staff in the restaurant, the bar and the coffee blade were rude and unfriendly. They acted like taking an order was such a task.
Very nice facility, close to LAX, all new refurbished rooms, well thought out.
Airport shuttle buses very slow, needed more frequent pick-up and departures.
Clean room, convenient restaurant, gift shop and cafe. Nice sized rooms, friendly staff. Most importantly CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!
Convenient to airport, free shuttle, easy check in/out. Nice hotel
Airport noise. Crowne Plaza did provide one set of earplugs in the room. Restaurants were WAY overpriced, even for hotel restaurants. Breakfast buffet service almost completely absent.
The room size was really great.
The noise littel bit high
