Facility located on an extremely busy thoroughfare and noise abatement simply was missing. Bring earplugs else you will be serenaded by the sounds of loud vehicles throughout the night.

Cons (-) Arrived to find that the room was not ready at 7.pm. Then given a filthy room later exchanged with a slightly better room. This place is old and dirty, definitely the worse Holiday Inn I've ever been to.

Cons (-) Only one receptionist for check-in. Took a long time standing in line. especially difficult after a long flight and long time going through immigration at LAX. Should have had more receptionist working the desk. with all the electronic information they should have known many people would be arriving.
