The ambiance is beautiful, the location was convenient for my needs.
The parking setup is inconvenient and expensive. I was not expecting to pay an extra $50 for one night stay just for parking. The room and the bathroom was very small.
Staff was friendly
Location was perfect
Seems like there was a serious of unfortunate events for us. The toilet did not work properly, the shower leaked bad on everything & we were woken up at 8am with a sounding broken fire alarm in our room... very unsatisfactory stay honestly. Staff handled the alarm promptly.
1920s decor and architecture.
There was a smell of smoke and marijuana on our floor. And the staff was not enforcing the mask policy. Parking fee is an OUTRAGEOUS $50 per night, and you have to call the front desk to get in or out of the parking structure. Lastly, the windows are welded or bolted shut, so you cannot get fresh air. Bartender was not wearing gloves, and when I asked if she was not required to, she uttered some nonsense about upper management saying cross-contamination is more likely WITH gloves, which is both incorrect and absurd.
Parking structure is very expensive and almost feels off property.
