Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location, comfortable beds, and quality breakfast offerings. Many found the rooms spacious and well-equipped, and several highlighted the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. However, there were repeated complaints about poor customer service, unhelpful management, and issues with staff attitude at the front desk. Some guests also mentioned problems with amenities, unexpected fees, and occasional maintenance issues. Overall, while the hotel excels in comfort and cleanliness, service inconsistencies were a notable drawback.AI-Generated from customer reviews

The desk chairs are getting torn up (still crazy that since the remodel not all rooms have desks). The conditioner bottle was completely empty and never got filled. Somebody's contact lens sat on the bathroom floor near the wastebasket for the entire stay. Those aren't terrible, they're probably just not what you're going for.
Nice convenient hotel stay ! Hotel staff very attentive and respectful of people and time … enjoy my stay any time I’m in L.A they will be the first I look up for room and board . Thanks so much . Desiree & Daughter
Great location and clean! Staff answered any questions we had and had great recommendations. Hotel restaurant was fantastic!
Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) You have to ask for a bathrobe. I had to ask 3 times for one. My shower drain was clogged so I asked them to fix it. They don’t have cotton balls in the bathroom. The room was very noisy - too near street level.
Pros (+) Good location. Most staff were very pleasant.
Cons (-) We had booked a handicapped accessible room, but did not receive it on checkin. We were told that the hotel had no such rooms and that there was a problem with the Hilton Honors 800 number and the online booking system, allowing us to book rooms that didn't exist. This was not true, the hotel did have the rooms (they appeared the next day), and Hilton's Honor staff (at the 800 number) clearly stat...

Pros (+) Loved that the room service menu had so many vegan options. They even had breakfast vegan options! The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would definitively stay again.
Cons (-) The lamp on my side of the bed was out and clock had the room time (a key was needed to change it). I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. When I got back the room it wasn't taken care of. They said they would send someone to fix it. That never happened. Overall, not a big deal but it bugged me a little.
Pros (+) Somehow reservation wasn’t correct and ended up with a single bed for my 25 year old son and I to share. Ackward! And the room was much smaller then I had expected. Parking was a block (underground) away.
Cons (-) Room smelled and looked real clean. Bed and pillows were more then comfortable.
Pros (+) Really a great location. Room was nice. Staff was fantastic.
Cons (-) Shower and bathroom was awful.
Cons (-) Super expensive breakfast even if we had a "free" continental one included
