I loved everything about my stay at citizenM. I was there Nov 23-26, 2024. THE ROOM If you’re booking, the one thing you will need to have in mind is the word efficient. I was unable to check in the staff was very unprofessional and rude. They made me feel extremely unwelcomed and I felt racially profiled. I would not recommend to anyone. They singled me out of everyone because of the color of my skin and my tattoos. Service was a 0/10. Never spending my money on citizen ever again.
