I liked the location. It was center to a lot downtown.
I was welcomed friendly upon arrival. As an Asian American during these times, I would’ve expected some less scrutiny when I walked in. It was a little to unwelcoming for what it needed to bed.
I totally enjoyed the ambiance of the district. It was beautiful.
Free parking. It’s ridiculous they charge so much for parking
A heavenly night's sleep every night and an intelligent automated elevator system to prevent the "checkout rush hour waiting disaster." All the staff went above and beyond when they realised I had a rough time following the luggage mis-routing during the first two nights of stay.
Great stay!!! Highly recommend!!
Green option to get points, guest services, room was clean, nice gym
Nothing too serious. Weak shower water pressure, some light bulbs were out... maybe brand bath products?
Awful experience
Nothing
Forced to use service elevator as normal were out, the service elevator dropped multiple feet scaring all inside, then there was no power in the room and sat in darkness. We left halfway through the night.
Overall experience/ patio
Great location
Would stay here again for a stay cation. Near all great restaurants. The lobby is gourgeous. Interesting tech for elevators.
King size bed, big screen tv and at kayak price 100 less per day. 200 a good price per day.
terrible service
Nothing
I was over billed and nobody return my calls.
Most comfortable hotel beds
We stayed at the Sheraton downtown to be within walking distance to a hockey game at Staples Centre. The hotel location was great for this. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a renovated room which was very nice. The Sheraton hotels always seem to have the most comfortable beds in any hotel. The bed was the most comfortable of all the hotels we stayed at during our week long vacation. Linens and towels were great as well.
We did not like the fact that we had to pay for wifi. A hotel of this star rating and price should have complimentary wifi for guests, especially since it is located downtown and I presume there would be many guests there on business. We also found that when we attempted web access without wifi that there was little reception on the 21 floor, so we were without web access that day. Our room was located 2 doors away from the elevators which was noisy. The water pressure in the shower was quite terrible.
