Pros (+) Staff was very helpful. Really appreciate the efforts of folks like Keriatta Jackson to provide a great breakfast for guests each day.
Cons (-) Noise at 3am one night and 4am another. We ended up having to get the front desk to ask the folks in the room next to us to stop banging their door and in the room. They did quiet down after a couple of calls from the front desk.

Cons (-) Neighborhood kids vs employee kids eating breakfast - had their school backpacks on. No info at check in - where elevator was, breadtfadt times etc. Same cheerio on floor in my room for entire stay tells me carpet wasn't vacuumed.
