Pros. Location
Cons. -mattresses are terrible; staff rude and unavailable. Front lobby was a disaster; food area unclean; piles of chairs in the parking lot. 15 couches in the hallway. Renovation workers from Mexico in my room. Floors dirty; paint on furniture.

Pros. Excellent location - proximity to Liberty University. Lowest price I could find for large chain hotel.
Cons. Head manager & front desk personnel was the rudest most arrogant & unpleasant woman I have ever met! We spent four days and her disposition went from bad to worse. You should seriously investigate and replace her immediately. Our room had a broken inoperable safe for security of high dollar belongings. The refrigerator was stuck on high ( control knob broken off and missing) so that anything placed inside froze solid. The bathroom was moldy inside shower and sink hot/cold control knob was broken off and missing. Finally, when asking for additional towels for bathroom, we were told "no, we can only give you two towels for your room." I couldn't believe it!!
Pros. It was absolutely terrible.
Cons. There were wrinkled sheets, there was a broken air conditioner that sounded like it was being hit from the inside with a hammer. Upon calling and requesting a clean up of the room, no one showed. Totally not worth it.
