Cons: Was better then pick up

Cons: When I showed up at the rental counter, they said they had no cars and couldn't do anything to help me since I had not prepaid for my rental. Fortunately there was another rental car company close that had cars or I would have been stranded.

Cons: Car was not available and had to get a different company upon arrival.

Cons: Nothing...everything was good

Cons: They lost my reservation. The store wasn't staffed during business hours (the doors were locked and a number was posted on the door). When I called, they said they closed early because they ran out of cars and accused me of making up my reservation.

Cons: When I arrived at the small rental office I was told my car was no longer available because I was more than an hour late. Even though I had reserved the car with a CC. The clerk was not overly friendly and acted as if she was doing me a favor by looking for another rental in a full size car. I most likely will return to Enterprise for my future car rental needs.

Cons: My father in law made a reservation for me and entered his credit card information, as he was the one paying for the rental. I got to the rental booth at the airport and was denied the rental because I didn't have my credit card. The associate was not understanding at all of my situation and simply brushed me off and sent me elsewhere to try to rent a vehicle.

Cons: They didn't give me the fine print til after I purchased telling me no debit cards.. still waiting on a refund after having to scrap a car rental in exchnage for a place ticket

Cons: Our flight arrived early. We were charged an extra hour for picking the car up early and charged another hour because when we scheduled the car we chose the wrong departing flight time.

Cons: Car had cigarette smell.

Cons: The interior of the car was not cleaned. Fingerprints were all over the back seat windows. Food wrappers were present in the car. The car seems to have needed maintenance as well. I was picking up some road noise from the rear axle and I also heard a bang sound when I took left turns coming from the rear as well. I did not feel the car was safe as it needed to be.

Cons: Pick up was supposed to be at 8am but because only one staff member was there and she was dealing with a customer who was renting a moving van, she couldn't even start helping me until 8:30. Then she couldn't find my reservation. The delay caused me to miss one of my meetings.

Cons: Car had some garbage in it from previous renter. Also, I ended up paying more for insurance than I ought to have, but that one's mostly my own fault.
