8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room is pretty, well designed and there’s everything you need. Clean and pretty, comfortable. The design of the building is awesome, so impressive, nice decorations. Pretty garden too. Spa area is beautiful! Pretty and well heated outdoor swimming pool, comfy jacuzzis, good warm sauna. Breakfast tasty.
Cons: Curtains in the bedroom too short, left and right side get a lot of light indoors. Easy fixable! Mattress is very old, these should be replaced immediately, not today’s standard. Spa area isn’t cleaned well, but good enough, it wasn’t dirty. Never saw staff there to clean, and the steam bath for example had a very bad smell.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice area, good place, very good breakfast and very good location for business near Torun.
Cons: Quite small rooms and problems with sound isolation - you can hear every step of bypassing person in corridor near your room. also you can hear when the neighbor is talking in the rooms.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: great food
7.0 Good
Pros: This hotel is lovely but maybe not as grand as first appears . The food in the restaurant for dinner was excellent and the waiter most helpful and pleasant. It was lovely to have a pool .
Cons: We awoke to discover we had no water in our bathrooms. We told the reception staff who already knew about this problem but no apology was made . I would have expected a warning and apology to be put under the bedroom , as the hotel was far from full this should have been easy to do . No toilet , sink or shower was usable so some compensation perhaps would have been expected? Breakfast was ok but not to the standard of the other hotels we’ve stayed at in Poland.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kate on reception was excellent. She is a credit to your hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The building itself it's stunning, the park is huge and beautiful, the spa facilities are great, high quality breakfast, very clean and confortable room, very peacefull environment, cozy library...I can not understand that other people complain about this hotel, we found everything perfect.
Cons: The food at the restaurant is tasty but It would be even better if they include international options.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Som cushions on the sunbeds and the place had been perfect
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place, huge garden. Good for weedings or just a romantic weekend out.
Cons: Even though I emailed them earlier and we agreed the room will be ready at agreed time, we had to wait another 30 min, because the room was not ready. Also some of the waiting staff lack politeness.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The grounds of the hotel are indeed lovely, a big garden which I'm sure is even more amazing in the summer than in the winter. It's a nice hotel to stay in when you visit Torun due to the proximity to town yet a bit further out into the country so you can get best of both worlds. Unfortunately, the building and location are the only 2 positive things that I can say about my stay at this property.
Cons: Let's start with the fact that upon checking-in the reception girl wasn't very friendly or helpful, she seemed more concerned about getting our payment than advising us of basic information such as time of breakfast, the location of the spa etc. She also told me the wrong price for the dog stay, upon which after we already paid she advised me over the phone that I need to pay extra for the next night. Suffice to say, she wasn't properly trained to work what is considered a 4-star establishment! In terms of the restaurant, there were no vegan options or vegetarian, as most of them had meat in them or butter. The staff once again wasn't knowledgeable and despite there being hardly any dining guests (1 other table apart from us) we waited for 10min before a girl came to take our order, then another 10min before another waiter came to take our order, saying that he apologizes for his colleague who isn't knowledgeable and then about 30min for the food to arrive, which was quite tasteless as the chef clearly couldn't figure out how to substitute butter for any other product and still make beans taste ok and not like they were taken out from the water! That dish cost 45zl (hardly the price tag for what I received on the plate), so for the rest of our stay, we ordered pizza to the hotel, which had more flavour than what they served at the hotel. In addition the steam sauna was out of order and they didn't fix it in time for us to use it, even though this was the only one sauna that we cared about the most when we booked our stay. At check-out similarly to check-in the girl at reception didn't even ask how our stay went, or say "goodbye" for that matter. Very uncourteous and again disappointing treatment considering the 4* hotel rating. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again and don't recommend it as the staff has no idea how to treat guests and is poorly trained, if at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The climate
Cons: The prices of food in the restaurant

Pros: They scrambled eggs are so perfect with local bacon. The hotel was clean and cosy.
Cons: Breakfast was ok but if you come later, you may miss some dishes as they don't add anything what has gone. There were only us on the last morning so they didn't serve enough coffee.

Cons: The rooms weren’t cleaned properly good
6.0 Good
Cons: The breakfast was always exactly the same (not to much fruits). If you stay for 3 nights it is rather boring. Localization next to active road, and rail you could hear.
8.3 Excellent

Cons: nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very kind and friendly staff. I needed to extend my stay until 2pm and this was done for me with no extra charge (check out time is 11am). Room & bathroom were clean.
Cons: Swimming pool & jacuzzi were very small (it was more of a giant bath than a swimming pool). Sauna wasn't in use. No aircon in the rooms.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very attentive, food was great, location perfect for our needs.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location for moto travelers, free parking, very easy to find. We traveled with kids and when we came a crib was already prepared in our room. In the garden we found a nice playground for kids - that was a pleasant surprise! We also liked the buffet breakfast - there was everything you need to start a busy day. All in all a very good value for money.
Cons: Wifi was only available in the lobby - it would be great to have it in the room.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: - large area of the room and bathroom,
Cons: - Unpleasant smells from the kitchen at the reception desk and in the corridors, - dirty room (hair in bed, jellies under the desk), - broken sofa in the room, - Room and bathroom very 'wear out', requiring renovation, - noisy area - national road, railway line outside the window, - fatal communication in the building - busy, tangled corridors, the lift is available, but it does not reach the hotel rooms, - unprotected electrical installations in corridors,
5.8 Okay
Cons: The hotel was overall ok, however during the booking we opted for a double bed but this was not available on arrival. We were told the receptionist could help us put the two single beds together as there are no rooms with double beds at all. We specifically opted for this particular hotel and not one in the centre of Torun in similar price as Rubens/Monet offered double beds. Cleaning was non existent. We stayed there for 4 nights and the only thing that was done during our stay was - the towels were replaced daily. Breakfast - nothing special - average for a three star hotel.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: There was a wedding during my staying at the hotel and was a noise. I almost didn't sleep. All facilities wasn't available because wedding. I was terrible experience.
