Pros (+) Superb location and ambience. This is a great place for non-hardcore-backpackers! The food in the dining room is pretty good too.
Cons (-) Not their fault, but beware - power outages can happen.

Pros (+) Fireplace in room ready to light and enjoy! Super comfy chairs and couch with bird watching views Nature trails and bird watching guides were great. Food was excellent Staff was terrific, friendly, if anything, over explaining the hotel offerings.
Cons (-) Lots of rough stone steps between entrance and rooms (48) like a four story walk up. But nestled in scenic river gorge, this was a small price to pay.
