The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Bathroom was small, but not uncomfortably so. AC worked well and maintained a consistent room temperature. Internet connected quickly, and was reasonably fast. Big selection of TV channels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good value. Convenient location, easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. If you recognize that this is an older, classic style (with real room keys) travel-motel, and have reasonable expectations, you will love this place! Tight parking.
Room had a cabin feel on the inside, a crap motel on the outside. Staff was young, hep and very nice. Wanted to ask them if they were being held there against their will ... 'Blink three times if you need help '. West Yellowstone is the Tijuana of the park...avoid it. Go to Jackson instead and actually enjoy your vacation. Yellowstone NP was awesome. Paper thin walls. Cramped. Rip off prices, even though it was probably one of the cheapest places in town. I guess I got what I paid for. Will NOT stay there again. Maybe I should have pitched a tent.
Bed was comfortable. Very small unit. Spartan. Bathroom was walk in-back out.
Location was good. Staff was courteous, place was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not great: pre-made "omlettes" and waffles were pretty lame.
Fairly clean, easy parking and hot breakfast. It's always better to stay in the park if it's going to be for a night or two. The line of cars to get into Yellowstone was very long. It's time wasted.
Great location close to all restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed and good shower. Walls were quite thin and heard a bit of noise but other than that it was a comfortable stay.
It's location relative to Yellowstone. The layout of the motel was somewhat ackward relative to the room I had but it worked out just fine after I got to the room.
We were upgraded to the family suite which was much roomier and more comfortable for our family.
location only attitude of owner
convenient location, large room, nice and clean, good price no air conditionning although not really hot at night and there was a large fan provided.
We were traveling as a group of bicyclists. Although bicycles were not permitted in room, manager found a nearby safe and convenient storage for our bicycles. I don't smoke, but members of our party do. They had to leave the property completely, not just the rooms, to smoke. Potential customers should be notified of this unusual policy when booking.
The closeness to Yellowstone
The rooms were cleaned very well, and the stuff was friendly nothing
Other than the lack of hot water, this place was great There were two mornings there was no hot water at all for a shower
perfect hotel,i will booking again
Convenience No pool
It was ideally placed in West Yellowstone for our trip, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly, we would stay there again
It is very close to the park entrance, actually right at the entrance. And there are restaurants and bars right next door. No WiFi. Check-out is very early, TV does not work very well. All the installations are rather old, although clean.
The 3 best things about this Hotel was the Location, The Price and the Bed. The bed and pillows were better then other higher star hotels that I have stayed at. I also liked the rustic design and decorations Bathroom and the size of the room was small

It was cozy. LP Parking was tight.
The location is very suitable being just 5 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance. it was very clean and staff was very friendly. There was not a single drawer in the room or bathroom to put the stuff. The AC was portable LG brand, which was very noisy. The sink in the bathroom was without countertop and it was hard to put toothbrush and shaving stuff. There was no coffee maker.
Closure to yellowstone NP No breakfast
Very clean and staff was very friendly. Close to the west gate to Yellowstone and an easy walk all over West Yellowstone.
This was a fantastic find - good value for money. Campsites in park were full, and this was the next best thing. My fist time staying in a hostel, and I loved it. Clean, relaxed, and comfortable. You could hear everything in the rooms next to you, so it could be a little hard if you are a light sleeper.
Nothing. Everything needed updating!
It was right outside the park entrance and was walking distance from shopping and restaurants. It was in desperate need of maintenance and updating. The lamp was held together with a cable tie, the multiple extension cords were a fire hazard, and the exposed box springs and mattress were stained. The 20 inch tube tv was a joke.
Run down, appeared to be going through some remodeling. No lobby, lacked very basic amenities for the price, i.e., blow dryer in room, not updated at all and beds were uncomfortable. Severely outdated!
Convenient parking & great location.
Nothing Over priced, small rooms and outdated, shower had not hot water
Location It smelled like stale cigarettes and butt holes
Close to yellowstone park and to the stores Tv didnt work
nothing, except the staff is helpful. room is bad and wi-fi
