Pros: Location. Very clean!

Pros: Every is great! Spacious place. Comfortable beds. And they even give you clean towels and take out your trash every day. Really close to the west entrance of the park. Awesome place to stay for Yellowstone!

Cons: You need to pay for the laundry. And the laundry room hours is really tight for your schedule.

Cons: If I HAD to name something it would be the noise. People coming down alley way during night, other people being loud that were in other units. However, I understand we are in town & others live here and other visitors are on vacation & shouldn’t have a curfew. :)

Pros: It was clean and comfortable, with a small yard, grill and picnic table. There was a small AC unit and plenty of dishes and cutlery. Freshly planted flowers were in the yard and barrels outside the door.

Cons: When we first got there the stovetop heat didn’t work, but they were prompt in resolving it.

Pros: We fell in love with this place. It is perfectly situated in town within walking distance of everything. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. SUPER CLEAN!!!!

Cons: Would have preferred some A/C but to be honest we were still comfortable. We stayed here during July so we were worried that fans would not be enough. I am one of those people who sleeps best when it is cold. A/C is almost mandatory for me. With the windows open and the fans they provided, I slept just fine. I even woke up too cold one night and had to shut the window. Don't let the absence of A/C steer you away from this property!

Cons: Warmed up a bit in the heat of summer. Maybe would have been nice to have had an option to cool somewhat. Windows worked well and fans were gratefully available, but it might have been nice to have some additional capability to cool.

Pros: Scott & I stayed at the old faithful inn and Yellowstone lake Hotel which has no AC and beds as hard as a rock. We were so thankful for 1872. It is like walking into a spa, the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Wonderful amenities 🌺. The breakfast and coffee was wonderful 🌺

The breakfast was very nice with it still being in Covid, they did a wonderful job with keeping everything clean and very nice selection with plenty of healthy options.

Cons: If they’re stating that they’re cleaning better than before covid.. then I’d hate to see how nasty this place was before hand. Night lights in bathroom won’t work, exhaust fan doesn’t work. Can lights starting to fall out of the ceiling door bumper fell out of the wall. Hair in the tub food in the furniture. I thought it was a pull out sofa only reason I found all the food. I wasn’t looking for any faults with this place. Check In time 4pm we got here 730ish plenty of time for them to attempt to clean.

Pros: Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) had a great stay at World Mark in a 2 bedroom unit. It was a great amount of space for us with 1 twin bedroom and 1 master with its own bathroom. The small living/dining area was good to relax in and the kitchen was stocked enough to make some simples meals. It was nice to not have to eat out every day. There was even a washer/dryer in unit so we didn't have to pack as much. We walked to the market a few blocks away. Everything in town was pretty close so location was good as well. Definitely recommend a stay here, esp if traveling with a family. They even had a murphy bed in the living room, in case you had 2 more guests.

Cons: Dishwashing machine wasn't working well in our unit so we mostly had to hand wash the dishes, not a huge deal.

Pros: The rooms are big, include kitchens and very clean. The interior facing one are quiet and away from snowmobile noise.

Cons: You must pay for the WiFi daily, which given the room cost, seems ridiculous. Also, there is no pool or hot tub currently and no notice of this issue until you arrive.

Pros: 3 Separate Sleeping Areas, Full Kitchen and Two Bathrooms, Living Room with Fire Place.

Pros: The cabins we stayed in was small but very cozy, clean, well-maintained with great decorations that fit the yellowstone theme so well. The staffs are exceptional, and they care about making our stay more comfortable. The parking space is right outside the door of the cabin so it was really convenient to load and unload. Great location, the drive to the west entrance of the park was so easy. You can actually take a shortcut to avoid the main road. But it is still close enough to the main restaurants, mostly within 5mins walking.

Cons: It was near perfect for us. Just wish it had more surfaces to put stuff on.

Cons: 😊What a wonderful little cabin to spend a few nights in. I love the little sign that explains the history of the cabins. That the ceilings are original and the head boards are recycled from the old floors. I was in love. It was quite, clean and super friendly staff. Also love how they left a sweet note in out room. And made a late check in so easy.

Pros: The room was so cute! It's decorated nicely and is very modern and clean. The staff even left us a handwritten note welcoming us to the property and with the weather for the next day. The lobby is cute and clean and has little pastries and coffee available.

Cons: The lobby doesn't open til 7:30 am so we left before it opened and weren't able to take advantage of the pastries and coffee in the morning. The space is really tight and the bathroom is small but it is all so clean and modern and they really made the most of the space they have!

Pros: Nice little hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The decor is very cute and modern. It was an unexpected gem! The staff left notes every day for us which was a sweet surprise. I would definitely hook here again. Highly recommend.

Pros: This newly renovated hotel is just outside the West Entrance to Yellowstone! We walked into town and shopped and had dinner. We were quite surprised with how nice our room was and loved the western look and feel of the room. The beds were comfortable, extra large bath towels were a treat, and cookies and coffee in the afternoon were a nice surprise! And the breakfast was awesome! We truly enjoyed our stay here!

Pros: very friendly check in, he moved us to a room on the first floor so I wouldn't have to hobble up the stairs. We called the front desk when our tv wasn't working, he came right over and tried to reset it. Breakfast layout was quite nice.

Cons: The TV did not work. The owner came and tried to reset it, but it only lasted 10 minutes and went out again. It would be nice if they could get a tv provider that worked in the area. But they are in the middle of no where.

Pros: Of the places we stayed in and around Yellowstone this was our favorite! The rooms are spacious and decorated so well. The bed was very comfortable and the room has great amenities. The coffee in the morning was good and they had some snacks to take with us. The location was great to get to the main area of west Yellowstone, and the park entrance. We also walked to dinner. There is coin laundry on site which was nice to have available. The front desk was very kind even though we showed up minutes to closing and they left a hand written note with weather updates each day. Loved it and would stay again!

Pros: The Evergreen is a hidden gem! What a cozy little motel - updated and spotless, with exceptional staff. We only stayed one night and loved it so much we tried to book another night, but it was already sold out.

Cons: The TV reception wasn’t great, but there was so much to see and do within walking distance that it really doesn’t matter. The shower is very small but it gets the job done.

Pros: If you are traveling to the Yellowstone, this maybe the best accommodation to do the loops of the park and get back to sleep the night and do it back and forth.

Cons: We did have a few problems with getting our clothes to dry inside the dryer and another person decided to take it upon themselves to rewatch our clothes for us while we we waiting for the dryer! It made for a late night!

Pros: Lots of little extras were nice. Little s'more packs to use at the fire pit out front which was lit every day, ice cream social from 4:00 till 6:00 each day, and pool with hot tub. The rooms were good sized and the couch in the room was comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A nice walk down to the main area of town for shopping and restaurants. The barbecue joint in town had been visited by Diners Drive-In's and Dives and we could certainly see why, as the ribs were outstanding as was the pulled pork sandwich.

Cons: The bed could have been more comfortable, we found it to be a little hard, although we travel a lot and have certainly had worse. I would like to see decaf coffee available in the morning for breakfast and I think a couple hot items for breakfast would have been a nice addition and not just pre-packaged items. Bananas were completely green.

Pros: Great location, lots of amenities that I wasn't even expecting like ice cream every day from 4-6. Also they would give us smore bags to do at night by the fire . The staff were all friendly and awesome and the beds were so comfortable. I would for sure stay there again.

They offered a special touch upon arrival for my kids, a stuffy on the pillow, Ice cream from 4-6pm every day, bonfire and free s’mores, free bikes to ride around town with. Location? It could not be better. We were less that 1/4 mile from the entrance to West Yellowstone. You have everything you need here and amazing staff

Pros: The hotel exceeded service expectations with Ice Cream hour, S'more packs and the fire pit, free bikes to tour the town, and the wolf on the bed, and more. We were on a tight schedule and we had so much fun in West Yellowstone (our first visit) that we skipped Yellowstone Park (where we had been before} and moved on to Mount Rushmore. It's an interesting town that has mixed the Old West vibe with very chill vibe, "Be Patient" yard signs, and recycle bins on most every corner, very successfully.

Pros: Absolutely the friendliest staff of ANY hotel I have ever stayed. The room was clean with good quality soaps and lots of amenities. Free bikes, Ice Cream social and Fire pit with smores in the evening just capped off our amazing experience!! LOVED IT!!

Pros: The location was perfect, we were able to walk to places in Weat Yellowstone for dinner and shopping. And it's really close to the Grizzly and Wolf center! We arrived early and they were very accommodating in letting us check in. Staff very friendly and attentive to our needs.

Cons: For the amount spent for each night it would've been nice to have more selections for breakfast. We knew beforehand that it was a limited selection so we were prepared with other snacks we brought. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Pros: My mom loved staying in the little cabin. It was just the right size, very comfortable beds, and a big shower! Situated in a great spot in town, so easy to get to and from the park!

Pros: We visited during COVID-19 pandemic. So having our cabin was a plus. We preferred not to be in hotel with shared hallway/elevator. Everything was clean and nice. Our cabin did not have common walls and was away from the street. We had no issue with any noise. In fact it was very cozy and silent. It had two rooms with queen beds. Both had heater and AC, TV. And a mini kitchen with microwave, mini fridge and a sink. No cooking though.

Cons: Matress was on the stiff side. Worse than the typical overnight hotels close to airports. If you stayed on Marriott, Hamptons etc inn, this cabin sleep is worse than those. It was expensice for the service. I'd say 30% overpriced. We really wanted to be in a cabin (not a hotel room) for safety and health reasons during pandemic. If it wasn't for that reason I'd stay in a different inn/motel with reasonable price.

Pros: Liked the two separate bedrooms and sitting room/kitchen layout. The area was very quiet.

Cons: A little pricey but I understand that this is a desirable vacation area at the end of the summer season.

Pros: Overall this hotel is good. I had a 2 queen bed room,the size of the room was bit too small but nice and clean. I loved the location as it was very close to the west entrance to Yellow NP. The breakfast was very good and the pool was good but the pool had a strong chemical smell.

Cons: The size of the room was a bit too small for the price!! Being so close to Yellowstone in summer of course the property knows people will pay high rates so some of that is my fault is waiting too long to book my room.

Pros: Our stay at Yellowstone West Gate Hotel was great. Large rooms, very nice, the staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious. We sat outside at the small tables and enjoyed the cool morning. Overall a great stay.

Cons: for $300+ a night, it is definitely over priced for Comfort Inn. That's more expensive than staying at Hilton (5*) in NYC!!! Breakfast was only until 9am, not exceptions. For $300+, should have a full breakfast until at least 11am.

Pros: The breakfast meals were fantastic! The rooms were comfortable, beds were comfortable. The entire staff was exceptional! They were so friendly and so accommodating. Great location, just a couple blocks away from the west Yellowstone entrance and a few blocks away from West Yellowstone Airport West Yellowstone. I can’t say enough about the incredibly friendly staff! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pros: What a surprise! I knew this was an older motel so wasn’t really expecting much. The inside is clean and updated. You wouldn’t guess it was old. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. You definitely don’t get that everywhere! Would recommend.

Cons: Front desk personnel were friendly but didn't seem to know what was happening. The second day a person came to the room to say they didn't know we were here. We had problems with our room key. The breakfast room was really small and crowded.

Cons: You are paying a lot of money for a poorly decorated room with amenities that are very cheap. The staff speak better Chinese than English and are lackadaisically perfunctory.

Cons: Beds were ok but it would have been better if there was room to get to both sides of them instead of being against a wall on one side. Good breakfast options.

Cons: The shower still had a big wad of hair from previous guest…gross. Had to pay extra for kids to eat breakfast, surprise! Stated room had queen size beds but really they’re full size. Building bad shape. Ceiling leaking.

Cons: Dried vomit and blood(?) out front of door cleaned, not letting children(under 16) be the only employees working the desk, proper check in time in email(they said 4am in email and even after showing them, they just left me hanging with no course of apology or remedy and just said come back at 4pm, when I came back room still wasn't clean, long women's hair on "clean" towels, toilet sat at an angle where anyone over 5' has to put feet in the tub to sit down, tub installed at an angle where when standing it feels like a decline mountain slope to the left. Unfortunately I can keep going but I think the point was made...

Cons: The room rate was expensive for the quality of the hotel. However , I realize West Yellowstone has a monopoly on hotel rooms for Yellowstone National Park visitors as hotels prices are far less priced than staying in the park lodges.

Cons: The picture on line is a bit misleading. The bedroom is very nice but the rest is very basic. Could have stayed at a BW and been a lot less. Over priced for what you get.

Pros: The location was right outside Yellowstone which was our destination...that was the ONLY plus about this place.

Cons: It's completely dated, the room was dirty... my kids and I were walking around barefoot in our room and when we went to get into the rock solid beds out feet were black! There was some orange rusty substance coming out of the shower head that left the what was white tub ORANGE after my shower. There were dead bugs smashed into walls through the room. The room smelled terrible of mothballs. We paid over $300 for this one room for one night and both my husband and I said we should be just slept in our vehicle. We are campers and travelers so we know how to rough it if necessary but This was the worst stay we have ever had! I do not recommend this place at all!

Cons: There is no elevator and the a/c did not work. Also, I couldn't get the internet to work in my room but if I went to the common area it would work. This was the first hotel I have stayed at where they ask you your room number when you go to get breakfast.
