Clean, quiet, very centrally located. Good value for money and a very good breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.

The location in a quiet , lovely area of Madrid was great. Metro right outside door but could also easily walk to all sights in city centre. Hotel staff very friendly and let us check in early after long night flight.
The Young lady on the Reception (early evening) when we arrived on 14th September 2010 was very helpful and friendly, the young waitress who was in the dining room for the buffet breakfast was very attentive and is a credit to the Company, she remembered what we liked for our breakfast and was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. The Hotel was fine, I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel, but for a short stay was adequate. Although the furniture is considered to be modern, I feel that it could do with a little attention. Otherwise we had a good stay and would return again should we find ourselves in Madrid.
The only thing that I found was that the dark brown of the furniture in the bedroom made the room a little oppressive but otherwise it was fine, the room was a good size and two big windows.
The staff were all polite and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great.
The air conditioning did not get very cold. It was quite dark in my room due to it looking out onto an innner courtyard. Decor ddn't help as lots of dark wood.I would have liked tea and coffe making facilities.
Staff should be more gentle.

The hotel's location was very good. We also liked the rooms, and we could sometimes open the window for fresh air.
Close to Colon Centro. Pretty quite neighbourhood. Very good prices in the Hotel Restaurant!!! 20euro for 3meal course with good food.
Internet only in one shared facility and 2euro for 10minutes is very very expensive.
