Hotel was very clean and welcoming and in an excellent location, close to lots of local attractions.
The room was fine. New and everything worked fine. Staff was fairly helpful.
Although the website said the hotel had WIFI, it was not working when we were there. Also, one night at almost 2:00 am, the receptionist was having a discussion with three men outside our room door. Not sure why they chose that location as there was no one staying in any of the rooms around us.
Close to all shops, bars and restaurants.
Bed wasn't very comfortable and no view out the window.
Even though we spoke very little Spanish and the hotel staff didn't speak English, they were helpful and attended to any request we had. Excellent location, a few hundred yards from Gran Via, and just outside was the Metro, which is the best form of transport around Madrid.
Very good location: 1 min to metro, 2 minutes to cheap supermarket, some places to eat just outside. The street is quiet (but not on saturday night:)) Very cheap. There are some meal options in the hotel (e.g. 2 euro - coffee+croissant)
The staff doesn't speak English. Not very convenient to walk to common shower through the reception hall. and the room could be a bit cleaner on our arrival
Located very close to a metro station and within walking distance to town centre. The rooms are quite spacious.
It faces a very noisy street. The staff do not speak English, so it is a bit difficult to communicate.
it was on a nice place in the center of the city
it was noisy , and the room was very dark , the stuff didn't speak any foreign language
Extremely well positioned bus station nearby, well connected to metro, right in the centre of Madrid, a nice historical building, clean and extremely comfortable.New furniture and clean sheets.
A little bit noisy during night, because of traffic, difficult to communicate to the stuff, while they were speaking only Spanish
The room was very nice and comfortable and the hotel very well situated in the city centre near the metro. And even though the lady working in a hotel didn't speak any english she was very nice and let us to leave our luggage to the luggage room for the day.
Difficult to find (there was sign, but not written in the entrance anything) dirty. I was too big for the bed. No remote for TV, no galss to use, no table, so it's an ordinary hostel with high price. If you need a clean bad, warm room, OK bathroom in a nice area, it's good.
