Property was clean and modern with good facilities
Hotel was a bit far from center of Madrid
Great staff, clean and very beautiful.
Their sheets are open! Just two sheets on top of each other without buttens or anything. Other than that it is a very nice hotel, location not so great(1.2km to the nearest metro station) but there are bus stations near by. Small pool.
Nice room layout and good size bathroom and very clean facilities
Poor response from staff for complains
The restaurant was not good. Food wasn’t good.
Seating area of terrace was great room we were allocated was clean, bright and airy and it was great that it had a pool. It was also good that the bus stop to the city was close by
Pool was absolutely freezing. Pool area could have been bigger as there appeared to be plenty of space to increase decking area and put more sun loungers in. Some staff were smiling and pleasant but others appeared miserable. We asked about having a room with a terrace. we were emailed back and told this would be accommodated. We were allocated a room without a terrace but when we challenged this it was a case tough luck dismissed and sent packing. Being able to speak Spanish would help as very few staff members understood English. I
