Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The room is too small. No space to place chairs so can only sit on bed. Staff was rude handling our check-in. The check-in time is 3pm but they told us that they cannot promise us that the room will be ready by 3pm. No logic!! Coffee during breakfast was thin (like water) tasted horrible! Definitely not staying there again.

Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.0 Good
Pros: Luxurious condo style accommodation very huge and tastefully arranged. Absolutely comfortable.
Cons: The air conditioning needs to be maintained. During my stay the room temp could not adjusted and it was warm throughout the night although the controls were set at the coolest and max fan speed. Hardly felt cold air from the vent. Had a bad night sleep. Pillows and blankets resembled those third rate hotels. Didn’t complain because rm rate was cheap. Pales poorly against Hatten or even Bayview. Breakfast can be improved in terms of quality of preparation of food. Eg chicken curry was so chunky that one needs a huge mouth to eat. Bread was dump out to diners and not set with appeal. Eggs were rather cold. Chef serving fried eggs were doing so with utter sulk, contempt and just unfriendly.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was an impromptu road trip I had with my husband therefore booking was made less than 24hrs prior to check-in. I mentioned in the booking that we were celebrating our anniversary and all I expected was a room with an amazing view on the higher floor to make this anniversary complete. I was surprised that we were greeted with swan towels, rose petals and a cake in the room on top of a room with an obstructed sea view. This definitely exceeded my expectation especially when booking was made at the very last minute. Staff were all friendly and helpful which I will never forget. Free parking was also available and without hassle which is a plus point after a long drive from Singapore. My husband can be very fussy about comfort and hotel facilities, but he said that this hotel is one worth coming back to, which is rare. Thank you for making the short stay a memorable one for us!
Cons: Only issues during breakfast. I had chipped mugs for tea. Buffet spread was slow to be replenished although only half the restaurant was filled with diners. Staff should be more vigilant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The widespread of breakfast , the location is just opposite to mahkota parade , walking distance to dataran pahlawan , menara taming sari, a famosa
Cons: -
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff Easy booking value for money Good restaurant
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I thought breakfast can be a bit more variable (some fried rice or fried mee) and better tasted. Coffee was quite diluted. The room was ok but there was no ironing board or hair dryer in my room. The praying mat (sejadah) was worn-out with some burnt spots - might be used for ironing. The hotel was located at the periphery of the main tourist attraction areas. It was quieter. I had a room with sea-view, but there was no beach. Suggestion: driving is the best way to move around town. Plenty of car park, if u know where to look.
Cons: The food and the in-room facility.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff very friendly especially the front desk and the concierge staff. They very helpful and very friendly.
Cons: None

Pros: Location amazing. Room feel comfortable and clean. Pool overall nice for family play and very winding.
Cons: Room facilities 1) is not suit for family especially younger child, the reason is the work station glass edge easy getting knock by child while their playing. 2) Sliding door lock drive out of function, can't make it lock and the railing lower gap too big is not safe for infrant. 3) curtain left side is not working. 4) Room light is not fully function, some is not working, feeling is too dark at night. Pond facilities 1) All stone curves should make it round shape instead the 90 degree sharp shape. General facilites 1) Elevator door opening time too short, should extend few more seconds.

Pros: Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Location was also good.
Cons: Need milk for tea in room. Decent seats outside- very unusual and not practical or comfy. Why have a lantern if there are no candles? Toiletries- need to add comb, razor, cotton buds and own individual body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It is suppose to be 5 stars?

Pros: This was a perfect guesthouse. Big family room, big common spaces and kitchen, very quiet, and clean. Free coffee and tea, bread, butter and jam for breakfast, fridge and access to kitchen are a plus. Chua and Maria are the best host, they would do anything to make you feel confortable. Chua gives the best advice for Malaka and even took his time to give us advice on the border crossing to Singapour, and even about Bali where we would be heading next.
Cons: Nothing really. One of the best guesthouse we've been in about 5 month of travel in Asia.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had such a great stay here. Chua and Maria were the perfect hosts and they gave us loads of info about Melaka, and helped with planning our next destinations. 1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have stayed in many hotels across the world. I know how a Junior Suite looks like. What I was given DOES NOT qualify as a Suite. A Deluxe Standard Room, at the most. This is a clear misrepresentation by the hotelier. I don't want anyone else to get cheated the way I did.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly & helpful staf. Thank you to Yana & Hidayah who is very kind yet cheerful. Keep up the momentum guys!! Nice ambience, room is big, clean, simple decoration but just nice with the furniture. I fall in love..❤️ Should stay here again. . Breakfast is goods. We had Nasi Lemak, Ayam Rendang, Mee Goreng, Porridge, Assorted Bread, Cereal, Half Boiled Eggs, Juices & Coffee. Their sambal Nasi Lemak is sedap ya. Tq chef..
Cons: Limited carpark. But overall is good!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice big room. Looked newly refurbished with large bathroom.
Cons: Perhaps a bit far from the center of attraction.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Good location at the top end of Jonkers Walk. Large room and very spacious interior.
Cons: Check in and Check out procedure was slow, lengthy and complicated. Property insisted of paying Tourist Tax even though I have Malaysian PR. Property definitely over priced for the room when there is so much better choice in Malaca. Breakfast very 'ordinary' with little choice and tasteless. Chased out of the room after 12pm even though the hotel was under occupied. Overall NOT recommended, especially for the price paid.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are pretty big. The restoration and preservation of this old building are superb.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is just within walking distance to places of interests - jonker street, peranakan restaurants, family mart is just around the corner, private and secure parking space. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, airconditioning was excellent and the bathroom was big and good water pressure. The lobby was also impressive with antiques and traditional designs. You will not regret!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and flexible. Safe parking available.
Cons: Nothing to complain about!

Cons: No iron for customer in the room
7.0 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect, on the riverside of the Melaka river, 5 minutes or less from the city center and the A'Famosa fortress. It's a beautiful renovated building, with great interiors and a direct access to the riverside.
Cons: The staff have been quite disappointing, they thought they could trick me by asking me to pay the tourist tax even though I am an expat resident in Malaysia with a 2 year VISA. At check-in they accepted the VISA on my passport as proof of my residency (which has been accepted in the 1.5 years I have been living in Malaysia everywhere from Kota Kinabalu to Langkawi), whereas at checkout they told me it was not valid as residency proof. As if they made the law. To all the other expats regularly residents in Malaysia with no MyKAD, be prepared to be tricked. It's not about the money, of course, being only 10 RM, but about the attitude shown by the staff. They thought they had in front of them another naive tourist they could play with.

Pros: My both daughter love the place and keep saying its their house because it's beautiful
Cons: Balcony at night is full of mosquito
