Cons:I've stayed at this hotel around 15 times in the last 3 years. The decline in cleanliness and class was far from subtle. This last stay however, was what nightmares are made of, and horror movies based on... My first room had a clogged toilet. Instead of unclogging it, they made me wait an hour for another room. Still, everything was done pleasantly. My second room smelled like rest stop bathroom cleaner. OK, I sprayed Lysol everywhere. It also had a blinking light on the phone and the voice mail was from 7/26/17. This was 10/3/17. Strange. No one was in this room for over 2 months? Why? I was soon to find out. I fell asleep... I woke up shortly before 1:00 AM. I went to my bag to get my toothbrush. I, foolishly, leave my bags on the second bed. I saw a strange bug crawling in the crease of the flap. Scared that it was a bed bug I searched the web. Sure enough it was a bed bug. I quickly got my stuff off the bed and didn't see any others. In the 15 minutes it took me to look over everything and collect my belongings, I was under siege. The pillows were now covered. The headboards also. The walls behind the beds too. Talk about coming out of the wood work. They were appearing everywhere. Disgusting doesn't come close to describing it. Creepy falls short too. It gets worse, if you can believe it. I called the front desk. I told them about the problem. They didn't bat an eye. Believed me immediately like they expected it. I asked for another room. Without any care in the world they said they're full and I'd have to find another hotel. Just like it was a non-issue and like they couldn't care less about my predicament. How do you find a hotel at 1 AM in an area you don't live? This staff member didn't even do the bare minimum and offer to call hotels for me. She literally said there's nothing she can do for me. I demanded my refund and told her I want a printed confirmation of the refund. She then has the gall to say she already started her "reports" and doing that would interrupt them and she'd have to start over. I asked her if she seriously thinks I care about her minor inconvenience after my ordeal, and then asked her if she was actually serious. I told her I don't care about her reports or about her having to start them again. She then changed her answer to a blatant lie and claimed she couldn't because the system wouldn't let her in. This was all said without ever touching, or even looking at a computer screen. Most humans don't get lower, or more lazy and immature, than this. Pressing "start" again would inconvenience her. So, at 1:30 in the morning, I was put out on the street with no place to go, and 6 hours from home, all due to a filthy hotel and incompetent staff with zero intellect or foresight to keep a room available for emergencies. They weren't even professional enough to offer help in finding another hotel. No class at all. Stranded, I had to drive the 6 hours home. I felt like things were crawling on me the whole way!!!
